How Inese Quit Smoking IQOS with the CBQ Program In 2021 After Trying EVERY Other Approach

by Nasia Davos

Welcome to episode #29 of Ask an Ex. In this interview, Inese Keisha from Scotland, UK, is sharing her story of how she quit smoking with the Cognitive Behavioral Quitting (CBQ) Program – even though she didn’t believe in the method at first!

Inese had tried to stop smoking smoking & IQOS many times. She quit during her 2 pregnancies, but it was just until she stopped feeding. She always went back to smoking. This is what Inese had previously shared with the CBQ Community: “I tried an easyway book and seminar, electroshock, hypnotherapy, willpower, replacement, acupuncture etc. Nothing ever worked. I didn’t think this would work.”

After completing the CBQ Program Inese stopped IQOS for good on the 18th of October 2021, and has even been enjoying social situations as a non-smoker!

“Nothing could convince me to smoke another or just one cigarette. I have been on night out many times, just sitting in a beer garden with smokers and just enjoying myself. Watching smokers going outside alone just to feed their craving and thinking, I’m lucky, I don’t have to do this anymore…

I had no energy before quitting. I woke up tired, I needed a nap to get through a day. I tried all sorts of vitamins and took antidepressants and gave blood samples all because of my lethargy. I never thought that smoking is the reason.

It was time. It was my time to do it for myself. I am very proud and definitely recommend this method. Thank you, Nasia and CBQ team for setting me free.”

Tune in to watch Inese telling her story!
