I was 65 when I found this program I only wish it was out years ago. I smoked for 45 years and successfully became smoke free since Oct 29 2018. Tried everything got this program and it changed my life for ever. I always feel bad when I see someone light up and wish I could make the world see the success I found.
Smokefree since 2018. I feel amazing. I prayed for help and I truly believe my prayers were answered...This program is AWESOME, but you definitely have to believe in yourself and do it with full dedication and success will happen for all of us. I can not thank you enough Nasia Davos. I feel like you are here with me and I have all the support in the world...This program is well worth the money. I feel so grateful to have come across it.

I quit smoking on April 25th, 2018. I replaced smoking with exercise. I used to wake up and smoke, then have coffee and a smoke then drive to work and have a smoke. Now I wake up and exercise every morning and I love it. I don’t even think about smoking. When I have a craving and I cannot exercise per se, I research new exercise programs and diets I can experiment with.
I love this program and I’m telling all my smoker friends about it.
On April 30th, 2018, I started an 8 week couch to 5K program. On May 18th I turned 46, and I bought myself an inflatable paddle board. On June 27th I got my 5K Runner Badge. I continue to run 5K plus 3 days a week, and I get faster every day I run. Through it all I have lost 35 pounds.
None of this would have happened if I had continued to smoke. In fact I hate to even think about where I would be if I were still smoking. I am so excited to be a non-smoker, and I love my smoke-free life. Thank you Nasia!
Thanks to YOUR program I was able to quit smoking and I've maintained to be "smoke-free" since my last cig date 4/01/19.
I followed the program precisely
I kept a Quit Smoking Diary, logging all smoking triggers, logging the exact time of day I smoked, and the overall day total quantity of cigs I smoked.
I have had only 3 cravings since April 1st and they went away quickly, like under 20 seconds.
Your program was the foundation for my ability to give up my nasty habit of 50 years!!
And if a non-smoker like me (smoked 2+ packs/day for 50 years) can be free of those nasty cigs, then I can see anyone doing the same.
Thanks again for your program. It truly will save my life.
Dennis M. Mitchell

Quit date: 15 July 2020. I am sooo grateful to Nasia for this amazing program. It took me a whole month to do my 10 days but I am so glad that I didn’t give up and continued on the smoke cessation program.
I wanted to be free from being a slave of cigs. I couldn’t do a 20 minute cardio or even walk up the stairs without being so out of breath. I wanted to do good for my body because I wasn’t born a smoker. The mind shift is everything! Nasia puts it so well in her program. Best investment of my life.
I now have my life back, I am a certified Fitness trainer and Coach @kipp.fit and getting my breathing back is the most amazing thing. I love my morning workouts now- even Cardio

Thank you so much for Everything! I am loving everyday and spending so much more time with my loved ones.
One night and one morning of doing the visualization I couldn't take more than 4 puffs without gagging and had to put it out before I puked! Amazing! Just about everyone in my family smokes and whenever they go out to smoke I feel so happy, relieved and excited that I don't need or want to and I feel bad for them for doing it. Also anytime I smell smoke I have to get away to some fresh air so I don't puke or gag from the smell! It turns my stomach 😖 I just cannot express how much I finally feel like ME! I just want you to know how Amazing and Genius You are!! And you are changing SO MANY LIVES!!
Amanda’s tip: Dig down as deep as you can and this program can and will be life changing!! I also dropped 7 pounds as an added bonus and my eating habits changed as my smoking did. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

I quit smoking on March 15, 2018. It is ALL a MIND game!! You must get your mind around the goal to Succeed ❤ You can never Fail until YOU stop trying ❤ #nevergiveup I WAS DETERMINED and made it HAPPEN. I promise YOU can too. However, YOU must be ready to COMMIT!
I have saved $11376 and have invested my $$ in Tesla and Gold and Silver The 11k is worth around $30k now 🙂 I also go to a deep muscle massage every month and exercise 5 days a week! I will be 55 and plan to stay fit and healthy!! March 15 21 was my 3 year SMOKE-FREE thanks to Nasia Davos program and ME of course 🙂

Loved the programme! 🙂 It is so powerful, that it is very unlikely to fail (Actually, I think you should get the Nobel Prize for you to be an ambassador Psychologist, for your research, hard-work, and kind attention to your patients.)

I started smoking at the age of 14 to "fit in" and spent 48 years thinking cigarettes were helping me cope with life's ups and downs. At some point I knew I wanted to quit but nothing helped . . . the gums, patches, pills, books or cold turkey did nothing to address the problem and I always caved to the cravings at weak moments. The CBQ method taught me how to overcome my mental addiction to cigarettes and I'm now a happy non- smoker since January 28, 2021. I don't remember when I've felt so great. Best decision ever. I'm healthy, happy, energetic and so proud of my accomplishment.
Thank you for this amazing program Nasia and all the support. Can't wait to share this program with family and friends.

Last smoke on March 30th 2019, don't really think about it anymore!
Coming up on my 3rd anniversary! Just wanted to come back and let others know it is very possible!!! It is the best thing you will ever do for YOURSELF!! Be encouraged!! It took me almost a month to go thru this program counted several times my last day. Went back thru each day over and over, soul searching, and trying to see why I was missing in the process until it finally clicked. And when it clicked… I won! April 5 will mark 3 years for me!! I have never looked back and can’t even believe I ever was a smoker. Be encouraged and stay strong!!
I could have never dreamed I could be here and happy about it. But thanks to this process I am completely happy. Actually, I am happier, more relaxed and less stressed than I was while I was smoking and that is crazy. Thank you so much for putting this program out there.
Smoke-free and loving it!
Quit Date: April 5, 2019

The CBQ program has been a miracle for me. I am a happy non smoker since 7 August 2020! This is an amazing program that I would recommend to every smoker. It was so easy for me and i smoked a pack a day for 50 years. Please invest in this program you will not regret it if you follow it as instructed.
I followed the CBQ method exactly. Every morning I sat on my porch and listened to Nasia and took notes. I think the note taking helped.. I wrote down almost everything she said. I did all the assignments for the day and reread my notes at night. Honestly I was shocked how easy it was... I had very little cravings and did not need willpower.
My advice would be to choose to quit and have a plan that includes a quit date. The CBQ method does that. I was scared when I started the program because I had to set my quit date but once I started the program it all fell into place and I was welcoming my quit date. I have been smoke free with no or little withdrawal. None of my attempts have worked. The Lord and this program guided me to victory 💖
Nasia you are amazing and I do miss seeing you every morning.
Fondly
Debbie

I am so happy to finally be FREE after 45+ years of this nasty habit! I broke up my bad relationship with cigarettes. No longer will they control me or abuse me. I AM IN CONTROL. My quit date was February 11, 2020. So glad I found your program!
If someone told me not to try smoking that first one because I was going to become addicted for 47 years I would not have believed them, especially because it was so nasty tasting and made me feel dizzy and sick. But 47 years later and numerous quit attempts I was FINALLY able to change my ending with this program.
Where I struggled with quitting smoking is that all the methods I tried were unfortunately not successful for me. I am so glad that I found this program because it makes so much sense to quit without using NRT products. I learned how to change my mindset. Visualization is a great exercise for getting what you desire. I learned how to practice mindfulness and gratefulness and most of all the gradual decrease using the inventory worksheet was both an eye opener and a perfect way to become detached from smoking.
I will forever be thankful for your proven method. It just makes so much sense!

Aloha Nasia,
I finished my last cigarette on Feb. 4, 2022 with the help of your program. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. I felt desperate to quit again, mostly for my position as a role model to my grandchildren. You see, I have 24 of them and I do not want them to be smokers based on my example and I’d also like to spend quality time with them for as long as I am blessed to be here.
Even going through the 10 days, especially when I got to day six, I was doubtful, fearful, and anxious. I was feeling all those things at the evening of day 9, but was also excited to smoke my last cigarette and be “FREE” forever, the next morning.
Your program was a God send! I would never in my wildest dreams thought I could do this “cold turkey”. But here I am and I truly never want to be a smoker again. It’s a wonderful feeling!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I am still very happily “a non-smoker” thanks to you and your program!!!
Thank you so very much for helping me succeed in quitting an addiction that spanned over 53 years of my life!!!
I am so happy to be FREE!!!!
Mahalo nui loa,
Cori

I do have my certificate framed as a reminder of a former life of a 55 year addiction. I’ve been smoke-free since November 11 of 2018 and going strong. I do not see myself returning to smoking. Thank you Nasia Davos and God for helping me with this accomplishment.

To those on Day 0-Day 10, Keep going, keep going, keep going!!! I officially became a non-smoker on September 23rd at 2021 12:40pm! I danced with relief, with joy, with a sense of expansion. I feel like I am meeting myself as an adult in a way I haven't before. I continue to have epiphanies about why I smoked, what I thought it was doing for me, and it's been far more profound than I could know on Day 1. I see that the healing process isn't just physical or mental, it's deeply emotional in a way I didn't anticipate. I'm sad for all the years I smoked (16 +), for all the aliveness I dampened, for the fear of that aliveness, and fear of my own brightness, that was underneath it all. And I'm glad to be here now. Overjoyed and thankful!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you, Nasia and all of the team of folks who have put your energy, time, heart, mind and money into creating and nurturing this program. I'm moved to tears actually. May all you've given return to you manifold. Thanks again!

Thank you Nasia Davos for making me quit smoking and changing my life. I live in the US and came to London to meet her and thank her in person. She is amazing!

I started smoking in my early teens and smoked for the following 30 years... I LOVED to smoke especially when having a drink with friends. It was part of me, part of my fun, my escape, my friend, my go to release... I tried nicotine patches, nicotine gum, Zyban, Champix, Cold turkey and vaping. NOTHING eased the pain, the loss, anxiety and the horrible feeling I got during the process of quitting. OH YES!!! I almost forgot, I also tried hypnotherapy and I joined a QUIT line support group. Every time I quit, I began grieving for my cigarettes.
One morning I stumbled on Nasia's TED TALK. WOW I thought this must be it. I subscribed to her email list and over a few months the idea that I could become a NON smoker started to sink in.
One day after waking up with a throat like SANDPAPER, I decided thats it... I signed up to her webinar and prayed for MAGIC , in fact I was hoping for something MIRACULOUS...
That was in 2017 and guess what... I am a NON SMOKING, life loving, HAPPY and I mean very HAPPY lady. I used the CBQ Method and by day 10, I was so excited about getting my life back.
IT WORKED... IT DOES WORK... IT WAS LIFE CHANGING... If like me you're a true sceptic and had convinced yourself smoking was treat , a reward, a companion for life, then don't worry, The CBQ Method replaces your fear and anxiety with strength and courage and happiness and treats ,loads of treats... You deserve a life free from poison, smelly hair, smelly clothes and an empty wallet... TRUST yourself you can do it, Nasia Davo's CBQ Method actually WORKS And works easily... Just join the free webinar, you will see... Enjoy.x

I am pleased to have found the CBQ Program and Nasia Davos and the whole program team who assisted me in reaching my goal to become a non-smoker. I had smoked about a pack and a half for the better part of 50+ years. My grand kids had been asking me to quit for a number of years and with this program was able to break the habit/addiction and smoke my last cigarette on January 2020. Thanks again for all the support and the wonderful program.

This was a phenomenal program, I still need to practice, but I never thought I could get this way by myself, meaning without medication. I feel great, happy, and I do feel different and feel like I achieved greatness; I am now a Non-smoker.
I hope this photo of my success can show others that this is not a dream; this can be your reality as well. Stick with it, your blessing is right around the corner too.
Sheilla’s tips: got chamomile and Ashwagandha leaves to make hot teas with lemon to stay calm which helped with hand to mouth (making something hot to drink), rep also told me to take a coenzyme B-complex capsule (vitamin) which helps to open your blood vessels and increase blood flow which will give you a calm feeling with more oxygen to the brain (in other words, it calmed me down giving me assistance while i was trying to change my focus. It took the edge off. I drank detox smoothies and the teas using the recipes Nasia gave us.
Quit Date: January 12, 2021.

I relapsed countless times before I was guided to CBQ and after doing the program for the first and second time, but the third time it finally stuck.
What really worked:
Put in the work. I printed exercises day 4,9 and 10. Read and practiced every time doubt crept in.
Every time I craved a cig, I reminded myself that by not smoking in this situation, you’re rewiring your brain.
In my journal and monthly review, I kept congratulating myself and honoring my non-smoker journey. I’m my own cheerleader!
When I was smoking, I always had the background unhappiness.
Lately I feel content and feel inner peace.
Taking a walk and seeing all those flowers bursting and growing now gives me an overflow of joy.
I rarely think about smoking at this point.
This program works, so put in the work and trust.
So grateful that I've been guided to your work and it literally transformed my life! I loved your daily checkins in the program, and also the follow-up emails that have continued to help me stay on track. I really thank you for positively impacting our lives, you are a beautiful human being inside and out.

I quit on Aug 13th 2020. I smoked for 50 years. I know I will never go back to smoking.
For me I never believed that smoking was all about chemical dependency. If that were true smokers would be like other addicts and wake in the middle of the night needing a fix. That never happened to me in almost 5 decades of smoking. When I found this program I knew I was at the right place. My advice would be to follow the program and know that it’s mostly a mind game you are playing. That helped me a lot.
I tried many times to quit. I would quit for a few days or a week and then back to smoking. After going through the CBQ program something in my brain switched and I simply no longer needed to smoke. First step was to think of myself as a nonsmoker.
I bought the program because I want them to make money and be able to continue this great program. Also I thought it would provide more in-depth detail and it did.
The CBQ Method is amazing. I don’t miss smoking at all.
I had my last cigarette in October 2018. I stopped 2 packs per day for 50+ years. Never thought I would say this, but it CAN be done

Do the exercises and everything clicks at the end.
I delayed sending this because I wanted to make sure I made it thru traveling to visit old friends, all of whom smoke. I did it!! Your method helped me succeed in a situation that I was bound to fail at. only had one craving… the whole time!! Life is better not being a smoker. Thank you so much for teaching a better way to quit.
A positive mindset is everything in this program. Be proud of yourself every step of the way. I quit while putting my grandfather to rest. I kept telling myself he would be proud🥹. And now I am proud. Do it for you, no more excuses!!
The program is an investment for your future.
Thank you so much for giving me my life back.

I smoked my last cigarette on Saturday, August 14th [2021] at 11 am!
Thank you so much for the gift of ‘freedom from smoking’!
I was a light, closet smoker and it makes it easy to rationalize but none of the points you have made are any different for me. The guilt, lack of energy, deceit, focus on the next cigarette, health worries, a hospital stay with pulmonary emboli, grand children and children I want to be here for and focused on and so much more. I quit smoking when I was 30, 38 years ago and I can’t believe I was stupid enough to think I could have just one cigarette. It set off 5 years of addiction and I am so ready to have it behind me… for good. Thank you for this program. God bless you and those you work with for offering hope and amazing realities of what smoking is and isn’t!
My motto is still N.O.P.E. And the first NO IS THE EASIEST! 💃🏻
Thanks for the freedom!

Nasia,
Thank you for the CBQ Method. It really helped me understand the habit and how to break the emotional connections, and I’m confident I’ve taken my last drag after 37 years.

I am 1 year smoke free! No more standing out in the cold to get my fix. I am happy to be free of smoking. So much money spent to harm my body. I am a happy non-smoker. 😊 [Quit date February 14, 2020]

I quit smoking on 16 March 2022 and feel very proud of my achievement, having made numerous failed attempts to quit over many years!
Nasia's cognitive behaviour approach made complete sense right from the start and changing my smoking pattern from as early as Day 4 did not fill me with panic but with curiosity and desire. For me, that was different to any other method.
Removing my mental dependence on smoking was straightforward as I started to complete the exercises and experiments. Completing the worksheets strengthened my understanding and I believe this plays a big part in what makes the CBQ program unique and successful.
Developing replacement activities were also a key part in the success of this program for me. I particularly enjoyed journaling and still do this. Teaching myself to knit also supported me in defining the end of a meal to stop me snacking!
Don't worry if you do not have a Facebook account as I don't! Use the CBQ method helpline email as the support from Winnie and Sam and all those support staff is empowering.
I want to thank Nasia for producing such great videos, always understanding my 'demons' and welcoming me to her on-line program with love and compassion. Nasia - you are a very special human being. Your visualization was particularly powerful.
I don't like smoking or hate smoking.......I just choose not to smoke any more. I am happy with my decision to choose freedom and would encourage anyone who wants the benefits of being a non-smoker to start this journey. You will start feeling like the real, best, healthiest version of you within a very short time!

I was a smoker for 23 years….and the last years I would smoke 1 pack….. I had several failed attempts a in the past that frustrated me so much that I thought: that’s it, I’m not going to try, I’ll just be a smoker for ever. When I found Nasia I knew she had something different, I also knew I had to do the work, so here I am. I had some very very bad days where I would cry because I wanted to smoke so bad….but I watched the program again and again until it stuck.
If you are starting out…and seeing this, hope it give you the feeling that you can do it too.
thanks you Nasia Davos before I found you I felt alone and frustrated, and now I feel I free.
Quit date September 15th 2021

I did quit smoking August 19th 2021 and remain free of smoking. I am still stunned that I am a non smoker and I’m pretty sure that I couldn’t have done it without you magnificent program! Thank you so much 😘😄

This program works! I am amazed every day that I actually quit. I never thought that I would or could.
I have a background in psychology so can really relate to what Nasia is saying about the Cognitive Behavioral aspect of stopping smoking.
I have smoked off and on since I was around 15 years old. Today I am 65. You can do the math. Now that I’ve quit I feel liberated and exhilarated. I feel that I finally have control over cigarettes, which have controlled my life for 50 years!
I have quit smoking so many times I’ve lost count. The last time I quit I gained 30 pounds. I white knuckled it the entire time and went right back to smoking. This time is much different. In addition to it being an awesome program, your kindness and compassion come through and that is so comforting. I haven’t smoked since the 21st of October 2021 and I’ve lost 2-1/2 pounds! I have not replaced nicotine with food and I’m walking regularly. I always have walked but I always had my cigarettes with me. This is a life changer.
This program is a miracle. I don’t have any cravings for cigarettes or food. I feel free. I don’t ever have to smoke again!
It was worth every penny.
Thank you Nasia!

As of July 20th, 2020 at 11:28pm, I am SMOKE FREE. I feel very happy and accomplished.
I never thought I would have been able to quit myself. I am extremely happy I found your program and will recommend every chance I can because it has worked like a charm for me. It was everything I believed in and thought it would work and it worked beyond that. I feel blessed!!!!!!
Gratefully thankful,
Andy

At the beginning of March 2022 I started the CBQ programme. On the 18th of March I smoked my last cigarette and now I'm a very happy non smoker!
I cannot thank Nasia enough - her method works! You have to put in the work and commit to the programme, but it's not hard, Nasia gives us the building blocks to get there easily. For me the best part was logging each cigarette smoked. That really brought home that (in my case) that most times I smoked wasn't because I 'craved' a cigarette, it was just a habit telling me I 'needed' one.
I've had no cravings, no withdrawal symptoms, just a quiet certainty that me and smoking are done. I've smoked 20 a day for nearly 50 years and now I don't. Thank you Nasia, its a great feeling.
Julia Adamson

I approached my freedom day with a mix of hope and fear. By the end of Day 9 I was optimistic and feeling strong, but I never expected Day 10 to be, well, magical.
I can't believe the sense of relief I felt, the tension and anxiety that simply disappeared after I smoked my last cigarette. You have said all along that the cravings would be gone but I just couldn't quite believe that, or perhaps I just couldn't imagine what it would feel like. Now I know!
I'm sure there will be some ups and downs ahead, but I feel equipped to navigate them.
I continue to be a happy non smoker! I keep my certificate where I see it every day. I find it helpful to re-read my course notes now and then. I just reviewed Day 6 yesterday and it really strengthened my resolve and confidence. I really am healing! I feel curious and happy, watching my new/old self emerge.
No anxiety, no anger, no depression, no cravings.
Feel a huge sense of relief. Blood pressure is down, lungs clearing (bit of cough), and I mostly just feel calm & happy.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for giving me the keys to a prison I have been in for decades.
Irene
Greetings Nasia,
Saying thank you is just not enough. I am so grateful to have found you and this program. The cognitive behavioral design was finally the key to unlocking the safe in my mind after a decades long search. Over the past 10 years I have worked through DBT, ACT, practiced mindfulness, learning how to meditate, worked a 12 step program, and two and a half years of one on one with an addictions counselor. Desperately trying to dig to the root cause of my smoking habit. Granted, I was also working through complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and learning how to live with a late life ADHD diagnosis but, smoking was the hardest of all my compulsive behaviors to arrest. All that intensive therapy shedding light on so many aspects of how I operate in the world, healing and changing the way I live and respond, I still could not let go of cigarettes after dozens of quits and relapses. Needless to say, I had given up hope that I would ever break free of this one last malady in the portfolio of addictive substances I have overcome. Until I saw your smile and heard your voice. On the bookshelf over your shoulder, I saw every one of the books I have read, searching for the key to figure this out. I did the math and figured out that the program would cost the exact same amount of money I was to spend on another month of smoking. The signs were undeniable, I have already tried literally every other way, why not try one more?
On November 3rd I purchased the CBQ program. I was terrified so I hid from it until November 11th. Once I let myself begin I was all in, taking the time to really, truly absorb each lesson.
In my particular experience it took a full month to work fully through the CBQ program. Taking that time to really fully work through the lessons, rewatch the videos, and do a ton of writing around each lesson was truly effective at rewiring my brain. The slow accumulation of tiny mind adjustments the program suggests was the true key to unlocking my addiction. December 7, 2021 I became a happy nonsmoker. With excitement and graciousness in my heart I extinguished my last cigarette at 930pm. It was such a glorious moment, I read my good-bye letter, twice, then burned that too.
In closing, because I could go on and on and on about the multitude of things I have benefited from in this wonderful CBQ program you have created. My dearest Nasia, this gift you have given me is the most precious lesson I have received in a long struggle to become a free, grateful, and happy nonsmoker.
Many, many thanks,
Lisa Blue

I quit the nicotine gum on May 10, 2021.
I was thrilled to get this certificate- I mean deep down proud of myself. I looked back on books where I had made goals and wishes to be done with nicotine gum for 14 years! Instead, I kept chewing. Even though I am a very healthy eater and exerciser I had this nasty monkey on my back that I hid and was ashamed of. My blood work came back with raising blood sugar and it was going up each year to "pre- diabetic". I kept asking the Doctors if nicotine gum is bad and they said it was "not too bad". Odd, Because in my own research I found Nicotine raises blood sugar and leads to high blood sugar and either i quit or I get awarded with Type 2 diabetes.
I had no idea how I would climb this mountain. This addiction had a rooted hold on me and to be honest - covid masks allowed me to hide it more. This mountain was what I bumped against and ran from and did not know how to take the first step and I knew Will power alone would not suffice.
The Nasia's CBQ Method turned my world upside down. Enough so -that I had to do each day 3x and still go back and re-do many exercises. This method steps, were uncoiling a matrix of thoughts, beliefs, shames, traumas, faux rewards, smoke and mirrors and really really altering my body's bio-chemistry. She went in at each angle to help me unhook my relationship to nicotine.
I quietly Thanked her from afar- even when it sucked. I'm also SO glad I never went to some detox anti-smoking center ( and yes I researched a lot) because this method technology was more complete for my psyche and spirit. If you are this path- I commend you. I did not know I could do it and here I am smiling at you with my certificate and drinking my coffee. I am in deep gratitude to Nasia Davos
- Dory
I can’t thank you enough. The liberation of being free from cigarettes is the best part of this! I can go anywhere without planning on where can I smoke! It’s an incredible feeling after living my adult life with that always in mind no matter where you go!
Thank you!
Jennifer

I am such a big fan of you and your team. I did your program as a slight hybrid ( along with the step patch program) and watched many many of your youtube videos prior to joining the program. I have been a happy non smoker since Oct-27-2020 and your videos not only inspired me but also made the process of quitting really easy. My primary care doctor after seeing my previous failed attempts, was so curious about this program after hearing my success story, this time. I provided her details and she will be recommending the CBQ method to her many many patients.

Hi Nasia
Thank you so much for your program and all your help to quit smoking. After smoking for over 52 years I didn't think it would be so easy to quit. If I hadn't found your program on the internet I would probably still be smoking. I smoked my last smoke June 12, 2020 at 11 pm. What a change to be smoke free. I feel so much better and not having to worry about where I am going to have a smoke and the big thing now that I am retired is the cost.
Thank you again for your program and all your help and support.
I recommend your program to everyone.
I have attached a picture of the happy non smoker with her certificate.
Thank you again.
Irene Alldred

Thank you so very much for this excellent smoking cessation method, CBQ Method, that you created to help people like me finally stop smoking!!!
I have been trying to quit smoking for many years. The first time I tried was in 1987. I started smoking in 1977. So I have smoked for 44 years and have tried to quit for 34 years. I have literally tried every method known to quit. Being a smoker was never who I truly was. Your program was the first to have ever worked for me and it worked like magic. I know that sounds unbelievable and I cannot explain it.
I have tried and failed with every other method out there. I was a smoker who truly believed I enjoyed smoking! Smoking is the absolute worst!!! The only people who benefit from smoking are big tobacco, morticians, and pharmaceutical companies. Freedom is so sweet!!!
I have learned so much from the CBQ program and I owe Nasia Davos a great debt. For me, in the past, smoking a cigarette was my first coping mechanism! For anger, depression, and everything else in between. I would leave the situation, go off by myself somewhere and smoke and think about what was happening inside of me. Then I usually felt somewhat better or more together and I would rejoin the situation or not. So the cigarette would get all the credit for making me feel better( when it actually was only relieving my craving for nicotine) and I was the one actually doing all of the work trying to figure out how I was going to cope with the situation. As a non smoker, I still remove myself from the situation and go somewhere by myself to think. I just don’t smoke because I fought like hell to get rid of that problem and I no longer have to satisfy the nicotine craving. Removing myself from the situation does help.
The other thing I’m doing is I ordered a workbook on cognitive behavioral therapy and I’m working my way through it. It’s not easy but at 62, I figured I better start learning to cope with my problems without a cigarette. It’s a journey.
Such an amazing program! I will recommend it highly!!!

My quit date was 26th of Jan 20. Thanks a million for your course, it really helped me!

Thanks to the CBQ Method I have actually managed to give up smoking on Saturday, 25 September. Feeling Happy.

I quit tobacco after 35 years of chewing Copenhagen snuff on January 26, 2021. Stopping tobacco was one of the biggest life achievements for me and I really latched on to your positive mentality and your saying “embrace the withdrawal”. Those gave me the direction I needed to stop after 37 years. I’m an entirely new person now and I’m incredibly grateful for you and the program you built I hope many others follow. In my new life post tobacco I work on my lifetime dream. A new orchard and farm in the Pacific Northwest in a little valley. My Instagram is The_Farm_Up_Lost_Creek
I finally quit on my 39th birthday, just before hitting the twenty-year mark.
Throughout the program I felt excited and hopeful, but I was also terrified that I would not be able to do it, it would be too painful, and I would not be able to cope with withdrawals. I was wrong, and I’m so happy that I was!
I promise you that there is light at the end of the tunnel, freedom is waiting for you, and you can take control of your life back! When you’ve reached the end, extinguish that last cigarette, walk into your new life, and never look back!

I love being smoke free (and nicotine free) - since March 4, 2019! I feel like I finally got that monkey off my back! I am thrilled with my success. I followed the program, did the exercises everyday, visualized how I would conquer my triggers. This program is priceless. I feel like for the first time in many years I will succeed. I feel like if anyone goes through the program they will succeed. But, first of all you have to understand you are NOT losing your best friend you are gaining your life and health back. After 3 or 4 days all the nicotine is out of your system and then it is just a mind game. Mind over matter at that point.
This truly is the best program ever! I followed it completely and did every exercise. I couldn’t have done this without this program. So thankful to Nasia and team!! So today I’m grateful for how good I feel and how thankful I am that I am two years free of that awful habit!

Today is my 1 year anniversary of being a non smoker after 1 pack a day for 39 years... never thought in a million years I was able to achieve this. I still can't believe it! Thanks to Nasia and the team and all you supporters here and friends and family who helped me through this, but especially God, without him I couldn't have done it. Quit date: January 6, 2021.
I have been smoke free with the CBQ method. I can not believe that it has been 3 months already. I had been a smoker for almost 20 years and had tried every method in order to quit, I always failed. For me CBQ showed me that smoking was all in my head. I still remember the day I had my last cigarette, it was emotional as i knew I will never smoke again. I knew for the first time within me there was no fear. I felt strong and boost of energy. First month I over relaxed and found my self bored. Soon I started weight lifting and reading. Both assisted in different ways. Mainly I was going weeks without even thinking about smoking. Within all of us there is hidden power and I truly believe Nasia showed me how to access it. Since giving up not only my health but my life has been boosted and pushed into a whole new level. Please believe in yourself and find the power you have within yourself and you will set yourself free. Big thank you Nadia and the team, I am forever in your debt.
I’ve quit several times through the last 50 years. I’m so very grateful to have found your CBQ method! I quit on April 11th 19 and am confident I will never smoke again. For me the key was to commit and follow through. Your method was perfect for me. The 10 days of the class I always found myself smiling as I turned on the video and saw your face and heard “hi, I’m Nasia!” How lovely to be a non smoker!
Smoke-free since April 2018. To all those hoping to stop smoking believing it is too hard... please try this program...
I am 61 years old and had smoked 1 pack or more a day for 45 years...was told I had COPD and that if I Continued smoking I would have a difficult future... with retirement right around the corner, not be able to breathe was not in the picture.
I looked up a program that was concentrated on the mental aspects of addiction and signed up for the webinar then joined the program immediately... after the first few days of the program I knew I had to believe that I could choose my own life and not be stuck on this addiction road... if I really looked deep inside and believed that I could do this... I quit on day 3 and do not feel the difficulty I have always believed would be there. I continued all the way to the last day learning all I could to boost my future as a Happy non smoker.
Mahalo to all of you out there who want something better In your future... give this your complete belief and it can't help but work.

I'm still in disbelief that I can go one hour or even one day without even thinking about smoking! I am eternally indebted to Nasia Davos for changing my thinking about smoking so that I can be free to live and enjoy my life without constantly worrying about my next cigarette! For any of you new or starting over...please know that it is 100% possible to be a happy non smoker!!!
Thank you Nasia!! I couldnt have done it without you or the program!
Quit date: August 18, 2020

After smoking for almost 40 years I thought as many smokers in the past and those current, stopping will require a miracle. Thanks to Nasia, and the program my miracle has been answered. Words cannot express how grateful I am. I hope my success will offer people hope and inspiration. [Quit Date: 27 March 2020]

I quit thanks to your videos and the program,
And I am so glad i had quit smoking before the virus got bad in our area as I reckon I would be smoking much more than normal in a time like this, and i would be worrying more about catching the virus and not having a strong immune system or healthy lungs to fight it off
Regards Seamus

Here is a picture of me with certificate. I must tell you that I look so much younger from not inhaling carbon monoxide every day!
I am very happy with non-smoking, and it started by watching your workshop.
I love that you follow up with emails. Still not smoking, but I really look forward to learning about my new lifestyle. For instance, at 54 days I was feeling depressed and blah. Your email information helped me to see that this was ok and my body was trying to get back on track.
Thank you again for your important work.
Gratefully yours,
Kimberly Oliver
Quit date: December 1, 2021

My quit date is 1st March 21. I’m a happy Non-Vaper. Such a different experience to all of my previous attempts .. My habits/patterns are changing which is really interesting! I feel very proud of myself for making it this far and I also feel happy rather than deprived - which is wonderful!! Let's do this!
Thank you so much for the zillions of hours of work you have put into this incredible programme .. I'm re-watching the videos at the moment because you are so inspiring !
Nasia Davos - you're my Hero! 🥰

Thank you for your program, since I quit I have experienced multiple situations that would have triggered a restart. Because of CBQ I recognize them and have no desire to return to smoking. 55 years of smoking tobacco is now history. I am telling anyone that will listen about the program and how effective it is for me. You are a godsend.
Here’s a picture of me with my certificate. I quit smoking August 30,2021 without the desire to smoke. Thank You
Thank you ever so much for the program. I found it congruent and instructive; one day leading to the next. The exercises helped a lot. Every day before starting the new set of videos I would go through the pdf sheets of the previous day as well as my personal notes. This practice kept me focused and on track. I, like many others, had tried to become smoke-free previously with no success. It was your Cognitive Behavioral system that was effective and sustainable.
Again, thank you. I've come a long way from that person I used to be that looked for every, and any, opportunity to have a cigarette, even if it meant sacrificing the moment with others.
I will forever be grateful to Nasia Davos and the fantastic program she provides for those who are ready and willing to become smoke free individuals.
For everyone who is on this path I wish you commitment to the program and a wonderful life!
*Quit Date: 6 March 2020*

Nasia!!
I DID IT!! And I continue to do it! This past month I worked through being around my friends who smoke and had a few drinks and…REMAINED A NONSMOKER!! I want to tell you THANK YOU! I knew it was possible but didn’t know how I was going to achieve it. Your program is incredible, how you connect to the members warms me heart, and your support staff is awesome.
I would like to say first how INCREDIBLE the CBQ program is. You thought of EVERYTHING!
I’d be honored to also be an Ask An Ex interviewee someday ❤️

I am very happy with my Certificate and my happy smoke free life. September 29th was my last cigarette. That was my Freedom Day.

I just wanted to say it really is possible to stop smoking!
I had been a heavy smoker for 25 years up to fathers day/summer solstice this year! June 20, 2021.
Here's my goodbye letter i wrote during the CBQ Course, in the form of a poem - and all the reasons why I realised I didn't want tobacco in my life any more.
I hope this inspires some of you to keep going and shows others it really is possible to stop!
I never thought I would or could, but here I am!
Thank you Nasia Davos and the CBQ Team xx
Two fingers to the Toxic Trickster
Goodbye, good riddance
You’ve always been my go-to
When I need to take time out
To switch off, to relax with
To run away to and explore my doubts
Farewell, Adieu
You’ve always been a poisonous reward
A void in my routine
A sewer of escape to nowhere
But spiralling around in a cycle of despair
Ta-ra duck, I’m done
Cos you’re just not right
For me, at all, any more
I cannot keep going
back and forth with you
Szia, we’re over
I hate how I’ve had to plan
My day, my life around you
It’s distasteful how you’ve made
My mouth taste so monstrous
My gums gone infected
My teeth rotting in their sockets
I’ve been such a Muppet
But now I see the hold that you’ve held over me
The trick on my mind that I need you to exist
But I don’t, I never did
Two fingers to the toxic trickster
I’ve outgrown this toxic relationship, here it ends
I choose to be present, for my family and my friends
Clean lungs, full of energy, free to be me
No fear, no worries, an incredible future I can see
All you’ve ever brought me is trouble
I hate the regret
I’ve decided it’s time for me to move on
And be smoke-free again
As I was when I was born
I deserve for me to be free
A happy non-smoker
Now I’m putting myself first
I’ve dismantled you as a limiting belief
Your illusion’s totally burst
You have no power, over me, any more
So don’t call
Two fingers, to you, Toxic trickster
And that’s all
Sincerely, your ex
The authentic Joe says so

Quit date was 1st of November 2021. Thank you for this solution to quitting smoking. Ironically good timing with my quitting as I ended up in hospital with a leaky heart valve and was told needed to quit. I’m sorry I hadn’t done your program much earlier. It also helped me with a few of my addictions. Good work. Sharon has also utilized the same principles in Junk Food and alcohol withdrawal. I have recommended you to a few of my friends still having quitting problems and unfortunately gone to vapours which we’ve learned are worse.
David & Sharon Holland

Woohoo!
I am a non-smoker since August 25, 2020.
Thank you, thank you for the opportunity to learn about me and the nicotine addiction.
I feel good, I do not feel like I am fighting the cravings and withdraws which is completely amazing to me!
I am glad I made this investment and I am pretty sure I will be re watching Videos and reviewing my Notes and worksheets throughout the next several weeks...not because of relapse, just to keep it all fresh!
I have multiple worksheets taped to my bedroom closet door...I read them each morning and each night...now I have a couple more to add!
I can breath, I want to breath and I do not want to be dependent on my loved ones! thank you!

I finally quit smoking!!! The CBQ method is WONDERFUL!! I love this program…still to this day I use it…even though I quit smoking on December 1st, 2021.
Nasia helped me with my fears and never pressured me. It is amazing! I recommend this program for everyone! Even non-smokers.
I smoked for 38 years and thought I would never quit…until now. I have hope and assurance for a beautiful life as a happy non-smoker.
Thank you everyone! You have saved my life. ❤️😊

I quit on January 6th 2021! I really like your program. Thank you again and I am so happy I signed up!

I quit smoking on 25/04/2021. And I am very happy!!!
I quit on day 7, completed the program and made a "virtual" last cigarette just to keep on training the mind.
It was a very useful and interesting journey. I learned a lot about myself. Exercises helped me a lot and the videos were fundamental. We can do it! Stop smoking means respect and love for ourselves as well, so be kind and keep up!!!
You helped me to get my life back, and to believe there is always hope and the success can be ours also if there have been many failures.
After 30 years I decided to be free and to love myself!
Thank you!!!
Eleonora

My freedom date is: 20-02-2022!
I was a smoker for 29 years. There was of course many attempts to stop, especially for my 2 pregnancies. And then, I became a social smoker and was able to maintain « that status » for a few years. Afterward, I started vaping for a year and then my kids started picking it up and trying it and that did not make me feel very proud of myself. So I started to smoke again. My teenagers would push me away when I would approach them to give them a kiss « mom you stink »!
One morning I woke up and said to myself I want to stop smoking. And I googled the following ….. how to stop smoking naturally….. and voilà…CBQ method came up!
For me it’s very simple, the decision to invest in myself by joining the CBQ program was a very big step out off a very long hibernation status I was maintaning for many many years. It was the biggining of a beautiful journey of faith, love and courage towards freedom and accomplishment.
I am so proud of myself and my life has shifted
for the better as of the moment I chose ME!
Thank you Nasia 🙏🏻
My quit day was March 14th, 2019. My family and friends are very proud of me but most of all I am proud of me. Cravings are minimal and I have learned to recognize that these are not nicotine cravings but simply habit tiggers. Confrontations and frustrations no longer have me longing for a cigarette as I’ve come to realize how ridiculous it is to do something harmful to myself when I am angry or frustrated with someone or something else. I think that this realization was my biggest “light bulb” moment. No weight gain as my new activity is power walking. I am really pleased with how quickly I am improving my pace. I am 61 and have been smoking (with a few breaks) for almost 40 years. It is never too late to make changes in our lifestyle, our habits and our attitude. Your program was a great fit for me. I knew at once when I saw you on TED Talks that your program would work for me.

I am glad I found your program, thank you nasia from the bottom of my heart. you have a powerful program. I have been smoke free since dec 4\21 I am pleasantly surprised that I have very little cravings. I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for ten years, which made me smoke but now I am a new man ,with little anxiety and depression, I will remain smoke free for the rest of my life. thank you nasia. I achieved something I thought was not really possible.
Thank you so very much for your program Nasia - it definitely was a commitment to follow - but if you make the time like I did and be committed to quitting your program is very successful. No real withdrawals. Thank you for helping me to become smoke free and get my life back
❤️❤️Theresa

My last cigarette was last Sunday night June 20, 2021. I smoked for 35 years and never in a million years thought I’d quit until this program. I know that it seems a lot but it saved my life. I did not want to quit but I did.
The key to recording and knowing how many and when is how you come to know your pattern in order to disturb it. It may be the most important part of her program.
Couldn’t have done it without you program😀
My husband and I both quit on our target date which was October 8, 2019. Neither of us have had a cigarette since. We’ve both quit before and struggled with the cravings. Those have been so minimal with your program. We’ve both been under an extreme amount of stress in the last month and we did not go for a cigarette. I would not have done that in the past.
I still can’t believe how easy it was to quit on your program.
When I saw your Ted Talk, there was something that told me that this might work for me. I love the fact that I quit and didn’t need any kind of nicotine substitute and I really just don’t miss smoking.

For anyone still on this journey, trust in the process and most importantly yourself. There were some moments in the early days where I did have cravings, but honestly when I take a step back and look at the big picture, those moments of cravings were few and far between and went away faster if I simply let it be without engaging. Trust me, being smoke free gets better and more enjoyable every day!
So the biggest takeaway for me is, to not engage those craving thoughts. it is a small thing that helps greatly. and notice the wins. as much as you can. for instance, how many meals has that been without a smoke after? how many coffees? hours? and before you know it, you won't even be counting it consciously! change the perspective each time you feel a bit beaten down and you will find that you've actually done so well.
I have a smoke free journal where I just write short one-liners in a day (or more sometimes). Here are some examples,
1) I had a stressful situation but did not pick up a smoke. If I had smoked, I would probably still be dwelling on the situation, but because I'm free of nicotine, I am in more of a position to deal with my emotions.
2) It's been X amount of hours of being smoke free!
3) Each time I don't smoke, my brain is being rewired.
it's a mixture of affirmations and observations but all are centered around positive outcomes of NOT SMOKING. I used to average about 20 - 30 bullet points per day in each journal entry but now it's down to about 5. which to me shows that I'm becoming more and more confident and comfortable as a non-smoker (my true and natural state that I've hidden for the last 18 years) I still continue to journal because it does feel good, serves as a reminder and it's conditioning.
I am truly grateful for the program and all the encouraging posts from the community! xx

My last cigarette was Wednesday, 10/20/21 at 6:00AM. I am still smoke free today. I know this is a journey and some days will be easier than others but this has not been so bad so far. I think the thoughts are worse than the cravings but I tell them to turn the channel and it really seems to work.
Your method made sense to me from the start and now I can see it really working. Never dreamed this possible before starting CBQ.
I can't thank you enough for this program.
I quit after over 50 years, and many attempts. I am incredibly grateful for your program and glad I kept trying until I got it right. It really feels good to not be a slave to nicotine anymore. My quit date was May 4, 2019

I already quit on day three and only followed the program further when I felt like doing so on a free evening or when I felt a mental craving.
It’s funny but I felt a lot of creativity after the visualization. I even made a game during the first days of the program. I took my notes from the last time that I had quit, thought of some new ideas (what to do when a craving comes up and how to implement new habits) and took 2 dice. I had a list of 24 things to do and put them into 12 topics. I could then always choose between two things when I rolled the dice. Eg: When I couldn’t take a bath (when working), I could do deep breathing instead. I added some of these topics as my new habits on the papers from day 11. You know what? Just rolling the dice already made me forget about cravings and I actually (almost) never needed my notes 😀
I liked your program, it also contains the tips for not-relapsing and since you speak from experience and can relate personally to many topics, I feel it’s more resonating.
I work in health care (osteopathy) and use my personal experience too to help clients overcome addiction.
Thank you for your excellent program. I smoked for 30 years and tried to quit many times without success, but your program made all the difference! Thank you!

Smokefree since 21 April 2020.
I smoked for 40+ years. I had tried many, many times to quit and failed. It was not until I stumbled across this program have I been free of this horrible addiction. I owe it all to Nasia Davos, If it wasn't for this truly amazing CBQ method, and the quit smoking community, I would not be this far today. TO all of you starting out, STAY THE COURSE, you will get here!

Last cigarette on 27.10.19 and going for the rest of my life. I am so happy and grateful. I enjoy my freedom and what made me relapse before, now already happened on day one, so I am positive, no matter what!!
Did you quit with the CBQ method too?
We would love to hear your success story. Your personal experience can inspire others who want to be smoke-free

Thank you so much, it's great! Much easier than it ever was before. I'm starting to feel younger now that I've quit!

Nasia Davos, I reflected on my journey from the time I first requested to attend a webinar, then the step by step Awakening I felt as I progressed through the course. I had learned so much, and finally given the Tools to succeed. I knew this was going to be different than the.. I’ll finish this pack then I’ll quit routine. Thank You Nasia. From the bottom of my heart Thank You. I did it and I feel wonderful!
I used to say I “enjoyed” smoking. Sounds so much more in control than… I have a filthy stinking addiction.
You can do this and there’s life after cigarettes. Nothing to fear. I promise
CBQ works wonderfully and quite easily too. Just commit and do the assignments!
This year I turned 65 so was reflecting on my “senior” status. I have 6 older sisters and two of them heavy smokers that died from smoke related diseases at ages 65 and 67. Although I wasn’t a “heavy” smoker by a lot of peoples standards, ( under a half a pack a day) I was definitely a Long Time smoker. 50 years.
My last cigarette was on Sept 10, 2021.
On the 16th of November 2019, I went to sleep worried, anxious, but cautiously optimistic. AND I woke up a NON-Smoker. My husband and I smoked our last cigarette together.
Those first few days were easier than I had anticipated and had created in my mind. Nasia prepared me the days leading up to my quit and gave me every tool I would need.
I know now that my fear was because I always thought that I'd continue wanting a cigarette for the rest of my life. And that, of course, just didn’t happen. The cravings do go away, as long as I don't give in to them.
The methods Nasia taught me have helped me get past every single one of them.
The signs of of my mind and body healing are pretty amazing, now that I stop to notice them. Until I decided to quit, I did not realize how much it controlled me. I was always worried about my next cigarette; everything I did was planned to include plenty of smoking breaks. I did not realize how isolated my life was and everything I was missing out on.
So motivated and happy to be on this journey; but most of all STAYING on the journey!
You will come out the other side of this whole program and experience, so fulfilled and amazed at your success. Nasia Davos’s program changes you from the inside out and will set you on the path to taking control of your life back. The last cigarette you smoke, you will know in that moment that you will never go back because you have completely been changed emotionally and physically forever.
I’m feeling very confident in my decision to quit and looking forward to my future for the first time in a long time!
Before I speak on anything I must give a huge shout out to Nasia Davos and the CBQ Method. I would not even be able to make this post today if it wasn’t for her amazing program and the overwhelming amount of knowledge and support that came with my participating in it. It has changed my life in ways I could have never imagined. For that, I just want to say THANK YOU. I cannot express in words the impact you have had on my life and my future. In the past year every day that I remained smoke-free were small wins over that part of myself that in the past always tried to self-destruct. It continues to be a HUGE win over the low self-esteem that smoking contributed to and made me believe I didn’t deserve to be healthy and fulfilled in my life. It’s been a win against all of the crippling self-doubt that I suffered through for more years of my life than I should have ever allowed. Above all else for me today is a day worth celebrating because it was hard-fought and I know I’ve earned it. The best thing about quitting smoking is just the fact that I have actually done it. I’ve never been one to speak up and tell others what to do, but if there is any part of yourself wanting to quit smoking once and for all, please allow yourself some grace and give it real try. I truly believe if I made it a whole year, you’re each more than capable of making it a lot further. I promise you it will be the best gift you can ever give yourself!

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this program. You are a wonderful teacher and most inspiring. I have been sober 34 years and had worked the program to remain that way but I just could not adapt it to my quitting smoking until now. CBQ teaching me how to control my mind was the key. I always knew it was mental but your tips, techniques may make it easier for me.
Now after 40+ years of smoking I am eager to progress towards my 30 day Chip(Certificate) as we in AA call it but One day at a Time.
My quit date is actually 9/9/21 @ 9:50am. I keep that written down to remind me that every second, minute, and hour is important to count in being smoke free. Validation is very important.
Thank you for the program and being a wonderful instructor. I feel great and have gotten farther than I ever thought I would.
My A-HA moment was when I could go an hour in the morning without a cigarette and have a cup of coffee. That was my biggest hurdle (the morning) and once I did that I knew I was on my way. Coffee never tasted so good.
Thank you so much Nasia for giving me the tools, freedom to work it myself and faith that I could.
You are truly an awesome lady and your positivity and facts made this possible for me.
Thanks again
Roy
I had started to cut down and was smoking only 5 cigarettes per day for about a week and a half before I discovered the CBQ program. But it was all willpower and very difficult. I didn’t know how I was going to do it!
I have just retired, so I have very little distraction. COVID has really messed up my retirement plans of travelling and volunteering. ☹
I was frustrated that all the doctors say “quit smoking” but offer no help or suggestions. I am very impressed with this program and very grateful I discovered it. I love the wealth of information, the videos, the cigarette log, the Facebook group and everything about the program.
My Freedom date was February 25, 2022. I am over-the-moon happy. I am still in awe that I was able to do this. I have smoked for 49 years, 1-2 packs a day, so this is HUGE!!!
I had my last cigarette in the evening on my front porch, playing Taylor Swift's "We are never ever getting back together", I read my break-up letter to my girlfriend from dance class, we both cried and she filmed the event. I gave her all my cigarettes, lighters, and ashtrays to take home with her, and that was that. I was scared and nervous to go through the next day, but it ended up being fine just like Nasia said and I WAS happy! Who would have thought, right?
This is a fantastic program. It is so nice to have the support from others in the same situation and with the same goals, along with the support team. None of my friends smoke, so they don't understand the struggle. This CBQ program is such a positive process. I don't beat myself up for getting cravings or feeling I don't have enough willpower because the videos address what our brain is trying to do to us and how to cope!
The money back guarantee is impressive, as is the lifetime membership!
My quit date was January 21st, 2022. I’m writing this with hopes that there aren’t any younger people in this group, but also some on my same journey. Im currently 21, but have been vaping for about 6 years. It is most definitely an issue amongst people in my generation, specifically college. Although it isn’t necessarily as harmful physically in comparison to cigarettes, it is more addictive in terms of the nicotine concentration and convenience. This has plagued many kids my age, as it is easier to continue and harder to ditch with everyone around us using vapes.
I knew deep down that I wanted to be nicotine free. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety these past couple of years, especially in the midst of this pandemic. I wanted to be free, and try to gain back some control on things I did have power over in my life despite the environmental circumstances of COVID. After several attempts, I finally locked into the program. I stuck to it, putting instant gratification aside and having to tell people no sometimes I went through with it. Moving back in to a house full of vapers at college, it has been slightly harder than I expected. But after a week free of nicotine, I’m starting to settle into my life and feel content with the prospect of never touching nicotine again. I encourage everyone along their journey, regardless of the from of nicotine you are dropping. You will do it, and you will be so proud of yourself for doing it.
So glad I have a place to share this. Thank you guys, wishing you all the best! So glad to have found your program.

I was a smoker as a teenager. I tried so many times to quit. Tried all the new ways on the market to quit over the years and going cold turkey. I would do good for a while, but different triggers in life would happen and I would give in. I was an over the road trucker. Being away from my family for long periods of time was my biggest trigger. I knew my health had to change when a doctor I saw said " All truck drivers are in bad health."
I told her "That is not true, there are some that want to have better health."
I knew I had to make the choice myself but needed the help to do this. I wanted to prove to myself that I can be a non-smoker, to my family I can be a non-smoker, and for any truck drivers out there YOU can be a non-smoker!
Nasia with the CBQ Method is the help I needed to give that advice, the science, the tools, the hope that I needed.
It worked. I am a non-smoker over since September 23, 2021. Many triggers happened. I rewatch videos, think about tools I have been able to learn. I talk with my family. I pray about it.
What worked for me is believing the CBQ Method will work and itWILL happen that I am a non-smoker. The suport team is amazing with personal messages helping to get back on track, or just for extra support to let you know youare capable to quit and can quit.
I did the program and then restarted it again. I wasn't 100% into commiting with my mind the first time. I needed to restart and that is ok.
Never stop trying! Good luck to everyone, you can do this!

I smoked for 35 years, I never tried quitting because I just figured I could never do it. Just the thought of not having cigarettes filled me with dread. I couldn't see myself as not smoking, because it was such a huge part of my life and my identity. I wasn't even sure I'd be able to drive without smoking! When I came across your Program it just made a lot of sense and it was going to be gradual, no one was going to take my cigarettes away from me until I was ready. I really liked that, that's partly what made me try your Program- it didn't seem so scary, after all, all I was going to do was get ready to quit I still had 10 days with my smokes.
I quit on Day 6, the Program takes work and attention, and some of the exercises I kind of felt dumb doing but I only have dogs and a cat and they already know I'm weird so that was okay.
What I'm saying is that you're a miracle worker and you deserve a Nobel Peace Prize for the lives you've saved and changed. It's amazing to think that little Nasia Davos figured out a way to undo the decades of damage big tobacco companies have helped to create. It's an amazing Program!! It's painless and after Day 10 I never counted my smoke-free days again because I think counting days is something associated with willpower once your brain and your body don't want to smoke there's no more counting. You just are a nonsmoker! I quit on the 28th of September 2020.

I quit smoking february 23 2021.
Very proud to receive my success certificate!!! If i can do it, you can too!!
I also had a morning habit, so i changed it. Instead of serving my coffee, smoking my two first cigs of the day... i woke up, put my sweatsuit on, drank a big glass of water or juice and took the dog out for a walk.
Thank you for everything.
Patricia

Hi, Nasia,
Thanks to you, I’m enjoying my smoke-free life. Every day is more amazing than the last. I had my last cigarette at 3pm on Jan 31st, so I count Feb 1st as my 1st smoke-free day. I’m so proud of my accomplishment. After 52 years of smoking & so many failed attempts at quitting (never making it even one day) I’d love to tell the World!
I had an appointment with my doctor a few days after quitting. My oxygen saturation went to 96% as soon as she put the device on my finger. I used to struggle to get it over 90%. Also, my slightly elevated blood pressure has returned to a perfect 123/68. That was less than a week after quitting cigarettes!
Kathi’s advice to other smokers: Trust the program. You will find out WHY it’s important to record every cigarette & YES it’s VERY important! You will be given exercises to help you cut down your smokes per day Without Using Willpower. Trust the program. On my day 10, I was still doubting my ability to quit, but, it was SO EASY! I smoked a pack a day for 52 years. Tried every program on the books & never was able to quit. Not even for a full day. You’ll be so amazed when you get to the end & realize you really don’t want to smoke.
It was so easy to walk away that none of my family & friends can believe it, either. Nasia makes it so easy that you’ll have to pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming
My quit date was 24th April 2019.
Smoke free, never felt better. Paying the money was the best thing I ever did.
Believe that you can do it, imagine how it feels, it gets easier. You can quit, you just need to want to. It feels great once you’ve decided.

I am happy to be smoke free since July 24, 2020. I am so glad I was able to break and get rid of this bad habit! Onward to a healthier more fulfilling life

I did quitting. I did. I did...I'm happy Non-Smoker since 11/28/2019. Since halfway of program, i decided to replace smoking with some healthy lifestyle..Yes, I hit the gym first time in my life and started achieving good physics now. I surprised my elder daughter on her 10th birthday with Non-smoker shirt and told her I quit smoking. She was fighting, crying for this moment for long time along with her mother. Please see the photo of that beautiful moment. I don't know the right word to express my gratitude to you and team. My quit date was thanksgiving day and i made my wife feel good and relaxed forever. She is the one waited for that moment for almost 15 years. Now I'm proud to be an inspiring person in my family. I started applying many of the principles of the program into my life to set new healthy goals in my life. I know the proverb "Health is wealth" but only recent days i started feeling it from my heart. Thanks again.

Dear Nasia,
Since I have completed the program in February 19, 2020, not even one thought about lighting up !
I am telling everybody how easy it is, just follow the exercises.
I am already making other plans using the tehcniques I learned here 🙂
There are no words to describe how happy my family and I are.
Thank you

My name is Debbie. I have been a non-smoker since January 27, 2022! My story is like so many others. I quit for myself and for those non-believers who said " hope it works this time". Well to my non-believers, it worked!! I needed the correct information on why I smoked. I knew nicotine was an addiction however, I needed the understanding of that addiction. With this program CBQ Method I learned I had more control than I ever imagined. Lots of prayers! God is and has been my strength! The CBQ Method was so easy. I have smoked for 30 some years. I have tried to quit 2 or 3 times in the past and was not successful. It is very rewarding to set a goal and accomplish that goal.
The awesome thing about the CBQ Method is you have it for life. Also they donate proceeds to cancer research. I have learned to do things for the first time as a non-smoker like drive, eat, talk on phone. I did it and it feels marvelous!! I've never smelled so good. Ha ha!
Don't wait any longer. A less stressed life is more than worth it. I hope to come back in a year to write. " I'm still successful ". Until then choose freedom!!!
I’ve been smoke free after 35 years (June 28, 2018) I was terrified mainly to lose my best friend. But after you conquer the mental addiction, the physical is easy. Start the program, it really really works. Best of luck to you 🙂

I've been nicotine lozenges free since August 13th 2021 and doing well!
Thanks so very much for your support, patience and your wonderful program. I couldn't have done it without you!
I went into this program feeling hopeless. I didn't think it would work. So I set out to prove it doesn't work. But I didn't want to prove it dishonestly. So I did every exercise and watched every video just so I could maintain my integrity when it comes time to announce that it doesn't work. Well when the day came to finish my last smoke, I did it without anxiety, regret, or sadness. I did it with excitement, hopefulness, and glee. Follow the program and you will soon focus on the pleasures of being a non smoker. I promise.
This program is unstoppable and versatile for any area of life. If I knew quitting smoking was this easy, I'd have done it years ago. Thanks Nasia for your awesome dedication to this plague.

I quit smoking October 21, 2021! A day and year I will never forget.
What a pleasure it has been!

I have been smoke free since July 1st, 2021. I wouldn't be writing this if it weren't for joining your program. I was a smoker of a pack and a half a day for at least 45 years.
Came across your program on searching for ways to quit. It's not been easy but following your program, doing all the exercises that on the 10th day I was happy to throw my smokes out.
Thank you! I Amazing results with your program.

Smoke (actually vape) free since January 8, 2022. Thank you CBQ for saving my life.
The program works for vaping. I vaped non stop. I couldn't leave a room if i didn't have my vape. I couldn't grocery shop without going in the bathroom and vaping. I smoked 2-3 vuse pods each day. If I couldn't vape i wore a half a nicotine patch. I used to smoke 2 1/2 packs a day, then vaped the equivalent or more.
Let the program work, only you can get in the way of progress. If you could quit on your own you would have quit already. Follow the program and do not be in such a hurry. You can do it. I was a hard-core addict. I had to listen to the videos over and over again. I panicked so much about counting how many times I vape that I stopped on day 6. I always knew logically I should not smoke but I couldn't figure out all the emotional reasons until doing this program.
If you keep working the program something is going to click, once it does you can do this. Crave freedom.
Think of something really hard that you accomplished. This is when it clicked for me. I went to law school. It was really hard. The reason I succeeded in law school was because I believed I could do it if I worked hard enough. I pictured myself as a lawyer. I recognized the benefits of being a lawyer. Apply the same principles to quitting smoking. Think of the hardest thing that you accomplished. Figure out how you accomplished it. Apply the same thoughts to smoking and you will succeed. This is a mental battle. You are smarter than an elephant or a cigarette. You got this.
Did you quit with the CBQ method too?
