I was 65 when I found this program I only wish it was out years ago. I smoked for 45 years and successfully became smoke free since Oct 29 2018. Tried everything got this program and it changed my life for ever. I always feel bad when I see someone light up and wish I could make the world see the success I found.
Thank you Nasia Davos for making me quit smoking and changing my life. I live in the US and came to London to meet her and thank her in person. She is amazing!
Smokefree since 2018. I feel amazing. I prayed for help and I truly believe my prayers were answered...This program is AWESOME, but you definitely have to believe in yourself and do it with full dedication and success will happen for all of us. I can not thank you enough Nasia Davos. I feel like you are here with me and I have all the support in the world...This program is well worth the money. I feel so grateful to have come across it.
I have already replaced smoking with exercise. I used to wake up and smoke, then have coffee and a smoke then drive to work and have a smoke. Now I wake up and exercise every morning and I love it. I don’t even think about smoking. When I have a craving and I cannot exercise per se, I research new exercise programs and diets I can experiment with.
I love this program and I’m telling all my smoker friends about it.
On April 30th 2018, I started an 8 week couch to 5K program. On May 18th I turned 46, and I bought myself an inflatable paddle board. On June 27th I got my 5K Runner Badge. I continue to run 5K plus 3 days a week, and I get faster every day I run. Through it all I have lost 35 pounds.
None of this would have happened if I had continued to smoke. In fact I hate to even think about where I would be if I were still smoking. I am so excited to be a non-smoker, and I love my smoke-free life. Thank you Nasia!
Thanks to YOUR program I was able to quit smoking and I've maintained to be "smoke-free" since my last cig date 4/01/19.
I followed the program precisely
I kept a Quit Smoking Diary, logging all smoking triggers, logging the exact time of day I smoked, and the overall day total quantity of cigs I smoked.
I have had only 3 cravings since April 1st and they went away quickly, like under 20 seconds.
Your program was the foundation for my ability to give up my nasty habit of 50 years!!
And if a non-smoker like me (smoked 2+ packs/day for 50 years) can be free of those nasty cigs, then I can see anyone doing the same.
Thanks again for your program. It truly will save my life.

Quit date: 15 July 2020. I am sooo grateful to Nasia for this amazing program. It took me a whole month to do my 10 days but I am so glad that I didn’t give up and continued on the smoke cessation program.
I now have my life back, I am a certified Fitness trainer and Coach @kipp.fit and getting my breathing back is the most amazing thing. I love my morning workouts now- even Cardio.
Thank you so much for Everything! I am loving everyday and spending so much more time with my loved ones.
One night and one morning of doing the visualization I couldn't take more than 4 puffs without gagging and had to put it out before I puked! Amazing! Just about everyone in my family smokes and whenever they go out to smoke I feel so happy, relieved and excited that I don't need or want to and I feel bad for them for doing it. Also anytime I smell smoke I have to get away to some fresh air so I don't puke or gag from the smell! It turns my stomach 😖 I just cannot express how much I finally feel like ME! I just want you to know how Amazing and Genius You are!! And you are changing SO MANY LIVES!!
Amanda’s tip: Dig down as deep as you can and this program can and will be life changing!! I also dropped 7 pounds as an added bonus and my eating habits changed as my smoking did. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
As of July 20th, 2020 at 11:28pm, I am SMOKE FREE. I feel very happy and accomplished.
I never thought I would have been able to quit myself. I am extremely happy I found your program and will recommend every chance I can because it has worked like a charm for me. It was everything I believed in and thought it would work and it worked beyond that. I feel blessed!!!!!!
Gratefully thankful,
Andy
I quit on March 2018 and today I celebrate One year!! I have not smoked for an entire year Thanks to the Program, Nasia Davos and my determination 🤩 Had to share and hope it helps someone else to know they can do it too 🤗😁💥 JUST DO IT. I am very grateful. Thank you! LOVE TO ALL - LOVE YOURSELF
Loved the programme! 🙂 It is so powerful, that it is very unlikely to fail (Actually, I think you should get the Nobel Prize for you to be an ambassador Psychologist, for your research, hard-work, and kind attention to your patients.)
Last smoke on March 30th 2019, don't really think about it anymore!
I am really excited about where I am at. I could have never dreamed I could be here and happy about it. But thanks to this process I am completely happy. Actually, I am happier, more relaxed and less stressed than I was while I was smoking and that is crazy. Thank you so much for putting this program out there.
Smoke-free and loving it!
Smokefree since 21 April 2020.
I smoked for 40+ years. I had tried many, many times to quit and failed. It was not until I stumbled across this program have I been free of this horrible addiction. I owe it all to Nasia Davos, If it wasn't for this truly amazing CBQ method, and the quit smoking community, I would not be this far today. TO all of you starting out, STAY THE COURSE, you will get here!
The CBQ program has been a miracle for me. I am a happy non smoker since 7 August 2020! This is an amazing program that I would recommend to every smoker. It was so easy for me and i smoked a pack a day for 50 years. Please invest in this program you will not regret it if you follow it as instructed.
I followed the CBQ method exactly. Every morning I sat on my porch and listened to Nasia and took notes. I think the note taking helped.. I wrote down almost everything she said. I did all the assignments for the day and reread my notes at night. Honestly I was shocked how easy it was... I had very little cravings and did not need willpower.
My advice would be to choose to quit and have a plan that includes a quit date. The CBQ method does that. I was scared when I started the program because I had to set my quit date but once I started the program it all fell into place and I was welcoming my quit date. I have been smoke free with no or little withdrawal. None of my attempts have worked. The Lord and this program guided me to victory 💖
Nasia you are amazing and I do miss seeing you every morning.
Fondly
Debbie
I am so thrilled! My quit date was August 16, 2018. After smoking for 52 years, TODAY I am celebrating ONE YEAR of being smoke-free!
CBQ Method is the BEST. Thank you, Nasia and your team, and the wonderful people in the Facebook group for your love and support!
I'm still amazed that I'm not smoking! (and hardly ever think about it!)
I do have my certificate framed as a reminder of a former life of a 55 year addiction. I’ve been smoke-free since November 11 of 2018 and going strong. I do not see myself returning to smoking. Thank you Nasia Davos and God for helping me with this accomplishment.
I started smoking in my early teens and smoked for the following 30 years... I LOVED to smoke especially when having a drink wit friends. It was part of me, part of my fun, my escape, my friend, my "go to" release... I tried nicotine patches, nicotine gum, Zyban, Champix, Cold turkey and vaping. NOTHING eased the pain, the loss, anxiety and the horrible feeling I got during the process of quitting. OH YES!!! I almost forgot, I also tried hypnotherapy and I joined a QUIT line support group. Every time I quit, I began "grieving" for my cigarettes.
One morning I stumbled on Nasia’s TED TALK. WOW I thought this must be it. I subscribed to her email list and over a few months the idea that I could become a NON smoker started to sink in.
One day after waking up with a throat like SANDPAPER, I decided thats it... I signed up to her webinar and prayed for MAGIC , in fact I was hoping for something MIRACULOUS...
That was in 2017 and guess what... I am a NON SMOKING, life loving, HAPPY and I mean very HAPPY lady. I used The Smoking Cessation Formula and by day 10, I was so excited about getting my life back.
IT WORKED... IT DOES WORK... IT WAS LIFE CHANGING... If like me you’re a true sceptic and had convinced yourself smoking was treat , a reward, a companion for life, then don’t worry, The Smoking Cessation Formula replaces your fear and anxiety with strength and courage and happiness and treats ,loads of treats... You deserve a life free from poison, smelly hair, smelly clothes and an empty wallet... TRUST yourself you can do it, Nasia Davio’s Smoking Cessation Formula actulally WORKS And works easily... Just join the free webinar, you will see... Enjoy.x
Your program is the best thing I have ever experienced. I have been a smoker for about 26 years off and on and quit 26 August 2020.
I was always able to quit cold turkey but always went back to smoking when things were not good. Very frustrated and angry at myself for going back. Until heard about the CBQ program.
Once I understood how the addiction controls our minds is when I knew I have found what I was searching for. I feel so in control of everything in my life it is amazing !!!!!!!! It is painless and it so so works.
Thank you so much for this program and I have told my friends and family who struggle to with smoking so hopefully they will be smoke free soon.
I am pleased to have found the CBQ Program and Nasia Davos and the whole program team who assisted me in reaching my goal to become a non-smoker. I had smoked about a pack and a half for the better part of 50+ years. My grand kids had been asking me to quit for a number of years and with this program was able to break the habit/addiction and smoke my last cigarette on Jan. 28, 2020. Thanks again for all the support and the wonderful program.
I had my last cigarette in October 2018. I stopped 2 packs per day for 50+ years. Never thought I would say this, but it CAN be done
I am so happy to finally be FREE after 45+ years of this nasty habit! I broke up my bad relationship with cigarettes. No longer will they control me or abuse me. I AM IN CONTROL. My quit date was February 11, 2020. So glad I found your program!
If someone told me not to try smoking that first one because I was going to become addicted for 47 years I would not have believed them, especially because it was so nasty tasting and made me feel dizzy and sick. But 47 years later and numerous quit attempts I was FINALLY able to change my ending with this program.
Where I struggled with quitting smoking is that all the methods I tried were unfortunately not successful for me. I am so glad that I found this program because it makes so much sense to quit without using NRT products. I learned how to change my mindset. Visualization is a great exercise for getting what you desire. I learned how to practice mindfulness and gratefulness and most of all the gradual decrease using the inventory worksheet was both an eye opener and a perfect way to become detached from smoking.
I will forever be thankful for your proven method. It just makes so much sense!
My quit date was 26th of Jan 20. Thanks a million for your course, it really helped me!
I can’t thank you enough. The liberation of being free from cigarettes is the best part of this! I can go anywhere without planning on where can I smoke! It’s an incredible feeling after living my adult life with that always in mind no matter where you go!
Thank you!
Jennifer
Hi Nasia
Thank you so much for your program and all your help to quit smoking. After smoking for over 52 years I didn't think it would be so easy to quit. If I hadn't found your program on the internet I would probably still be smoking. Some days I think I might like a smoke but the thought is there and gone again. I smoked my last smoke June 12, 2020 at 11 pm.
I have attached a picture of the happy non smoker with her certificate.
Thank you again.
Irene Alldred
I’m so happy everyday that I have quit smoking. In the past my quit attempts have been horrible. But this time is different and much easier. I smoked 30 a day for about 27 years and we all have the ability to quit, you have to change your thoughts, the brain is so powerful and the program teaches us how to do this.
I finally quit on my 39th birthday, just before hitting the twenty-year mark.
Throughout the program I felt excited and hopeful, but I was also terrified that I would not be able to do it, it would be too painful, and I would not be able to cope with withdrawals. I was wrong, and I’m so happy that I was!
I promise you that there is light at the end of the tunnel, freedom is waiting for you, and you can take control of your life back! When you’ve reached the end, extinguish that last cigarette, walk into your new life, and never look back!
I love being smoke free (and nicotine free) - since March 4, 2019! I feel like I finally got that monkey off my back! I am thrilled with my success. I followed the program, did the exercises everyday, visualized how I would conquer my triggers. This program is priceless. I feel like for the first time in many years I will succeed. I feel like if anyone goes through the program they will succeed. But, first of all you have to understand you are NOT losing your best friend you are gaining your life and health back. After 3 or 4 days all the nicotine is out of your system and then it is just a mind game. Mind over matter at that point.
I’ve quit several times through the last 50 years. I’m so very grateful to have found your CBQ method! I quit on April 11th 19 and am confident I will never smoke again. For me the key was to commit and follow through. Your method was perfect for me. The 10 days of the class I always found myself smiling as I turned on the video and saw your face and heard “hi, I’m Nasia!” How lovely to be a non smoker!
My quit date was the 9th of July 2020.
Smoke-free since April 2018. To all those hoping to stop smoking believing it is too hard... please try this program...
I am 61 years old and had smoked 1 pack or more a day for 45 years...was told I had COPD and that if I Continued smoking I would have a difficult future... with retirement right around the corner, not be able to breathe was not in the picture.
I looked up a program that was concentrated on the mental aspects of addiction and signed up for the webinar then joined the program immediately... after the first few days of the program I knew I had to believe that I could choose my own life and not be stuck on this addiction road... if I really looked deep inside and believed that I could do this... I quit on day 3 and do not feel the difficulty I have always believed would be there. I continued all the way to the last day learning all I could to boost my future as a Happy non smoker.
Mahalo to all of you out there who want something better In your future... give this your complete belief and it can't help but work.
After smoking for almost 40 years I thought as many smokers in the past and those current, stopping will require a miracle. Thanks to Nasia, and the program my miracle has been answered. Words cannot express how grateful I am. I hope my success will offer people hope and inspiration. [Quit Date: 27 March 2020]
I quit thanks to your videos and the program,
And I am so glad i had quit smoking before the virus got bad in our area as I reckon I would be smoking much more than normal in a time like this, and i would be worrying more about catching the virus and not having a strong immune system or healthy lungs to fight it off
Regards Seamus
Thank you ever so much for the program. I found it congruent and instructive; one day leading to the next. The exercises helped a lot. Every day before starting the new set of videos I would go through the pdf sheets of the previous day as well as my personal notes. This practice kept me focused and on track. I, like many others, had tried to become smoke-free previously with no success. It was your Cognitive Behavioral system that was effective and sustainable.
Again, thank you. *Quit Date: 6 March 2020*
Woohoo!
I am a non-smoker since August 25, 2020.
Thank you, thank you for the opportunity to learn about me and the nicotine addiction.
I feel good, I do not feel like I am fighting the cravings and withdraws which is completely amazing to me!
I am glad I made this investment and I am pretty sure I will be re watching Videos and reviewing my Notes and worksheets throughout the next several weeks...not because of relapse, just to keep it all fresh!
I have multiple worksheets taped to my bedroom closet door...I read them each morning and each night...now I have a couple more to add!
I can breath, I want to breath and I do not want to be dependent on my loved ones! thank you!
I smoked for 35 years, I never tried quitting because I just figured I could never do it. Just the thought of not having cigarettes filled me with dread. I couldn't see myself as not smoking, because it was such a huge part of my life and my identity. I wasn't even sure I'd be able to drive without smoking! When I came across your Program it just made a lot of sense and it was going to be gradual, no one was going to take my cigarettes away from me until I was ready. I really liked that, that's partly what made me try your Program- it didn't seem so scary, after all, all I was going to do was get ready to quit I still had 10 days with my smokes.
I quit on Day 6, the Program takes work and attention, and some of the exercises I kind of felt dumb doing but I only have dogs and a cat and they already know I'm weird so that was okay.
What I'm saying is that you're a miracle worker and you deserve a Nobel Peace Prize for the lives you've saved and changed. It's amazing to think that little Nasia Davos figured out a way to undo the decades of damage big tobacco companies have helped to create. It's an amazing Program!! It's painless and after Day 10 I never counted my smoke-free days again because I think counting days is something associated with willpower once your brain and your body don't want to smoke there's no more counting. You just are a nonsmoker! I quit on the 28th of September 2020.
My quit day was March 14th, 2019. My family and friends are very proud of me but most of all I am proud of me. Cravings are minimal and I have learned to recognize that these are not nicotine cravings but simply habit tiggers. Confrontations and frustrations no longer have me longing for a cigarette as I’ve come to realize how ridiculous it is to do something harmful to myself when I am angry or frustrated with someone or something else. I think that this realization was my biggest “light bulb” moment. No weight gain as my new activity is power walking. I am really pleased with how quickly I am improving my pace. I am 61 and have been smoking (with a few breaks) for almost 40 years. It is never too late to make changes in our lifestyle, our habits and our attitude. Your program was a great fit for me. I knew at once when I saw you on TED Talks that your program would work for me.
Thank you so very much for your program Nasia - it definitely was a commitment to follow - but if you make the time like I did and be committed to quitting your program is very successful. No real withdrawals. Thank you for helping me to become smoke free and get my life back
❤️❤️Theresa
I quit after over 50 years, and many attempts. I am incredibly grateful for your program and glad I kept trying until I got it right. It really feels good to not be a slave to nicotine anymore. My quit date was May 4, 2019
Thank you for your excellent program. I smoked for 30 years and tried to quit many times without success, but your program made all the difference! Thank you!
Last cigarette on 27.10.19 and going for the rest of my life. I am so happy and grateful. I enjoy my freedom and what made me relapse before, now already happened on day one, so I am positive, no matter what!!
Did you quit with the CBQ method too?

On the 16th of November 2019, I went to sleep worried, anxious, but cautiously optimistic. AND I woke up a NON-Smoker. My husband and I smoked our last cigarette together.
Those first few days were easier than I had anticipated and had created in my mind. Nasia prepared me the days leading up to my quit and gave me every tool I would need.
I know now that my fear was because I always thought that I'd continue wanting a cigarette for the rest of my life. And that, of course, just didn’t happen. The cravings do go away, as long as I don't give in to them.
The methods Nasia taught me have helped me get past every single one of them.
The signs of of my mind and body healing are pretty amazing, now that I stop to notice them. Until I decided to quit, I did not realize how much it controlled me. I was always worried about my next cigarette; everything I did was planned to include plenty of smoking breaks. I did not realize how isolated my life was and everything I was missing out on.
So motivated and happy to be on this journey; but most of all STAYING on the journey!
You will come out the other side of this whole program and experience, so fulfilled and amazed at your success. Nasia Davos’s program changes you from the inside out and will set you on the path to taking control of your life back. The last cigarette you smoke, you will know in that moment that you will never go back because you have completely been changed emotionally and physically forever.
I’m feeling very confident in my decision to quit and looking forward to my future for the first time in a long time!
Before I speak on anything I must give a huge shout out to Nasia Davos and the CBQ Method. I would not even be able to make this post today if it wasn’t for her amazing program and the overwhelming amount of knowledge and support that came with my participating in it. It has changed my life in ways I could have never imagined. For that, I just want to say THANK YOU. I cannot express in words the impact you have had on my life and my future. In the past year every day that I remained smoke-free were small wins over that part of myself that in the past always tried to self-destruct. It continues to be a HUGE win over the low self-esteem that smoking contributed to and made me believe I didn’t deserve to be healthy and fulfilled in my life. It’s been a win against all of the crippling self-doubt that I suffered through for more years of my life than I should have ever allowed. Above all else for me today is a day worth celebrating because it was hard-fought and I know I’ve earned it. The best thing about quitting smoking is just the fact that I have actually done it. I’ve never been one to speak up and tell others what to do, but if there is any part of yourself wanting to quit smoking once and for all, please allow yourself some grace and give it real try. I truly believe if I made it a whole year, you’re each more than capable of making it a lot further. I promise you it will be the best gift you can ever give yourself!

My husband and I both quit on our target date which was October 8, 2019. Neither of us have had a cigarette since. We’ve both quit before and struggled with the cravings. Those have been so minimal with your program. We’ve both been under an extreme amount of stress in the last month and we did not go for a cigarette. I would not have done that in the past.
I still can’t believe how easy it was to quit on your program.
When I saw your Ted Talk, there was something that told me that this might work for me. I love the fact that I quit and didn’t need any kind of nicotine substitute and I really just don’t miss smoking.
Thank you so much, it's great! Much easier than it ever was before. I'm starting to feel younger now that I've quit!
My quit date was 24th April 2019.
Smoke free, never felt better. Paying the money was the best thing I ever did.
Believe that you can do it, imagine how it feels, it gets easier. You can quit, you just need to want to. It feels great once you’ve decided.
I did quitting. I did. I did...I'm happy Non-Smoker since 11/28/2019. Since halfway of program, i decided to replace smoking with some healthy lifestyle..Yes, I hit the gym first time in my life and started achieving good physics now. I surprised my elder daughter on her 10th birthday with Non-smoker shirt and told her I quit smoking. She was fighting, crying for this moment for long time along with her mother. Please see the photo of that beautiful moment. I don't know the right word to express my gratitude to you and team. My quit date was thanksgiving day and i made my wife feel good and relaxed forever. She is the one waited for that moment for almost 15 years. Now I'm proud to be an inspiring person in my family. I started applying many of the principles of the program into my life to set new healthy goals in my life. I know the proverb "Health is wealth" but only recent days i started feeling it from my heart. Thanks again.
Dear Nasia,
Since I have completed
the program, not even one thought about lighting up !
I am telling everybody how easy it is,
just follow the exercises.
I am already making other plans using the tehcniques I learned here 🙂
There are no words to describe how happy ma family and I are.
Thank you
I’ve been smoke free after 35 years (June 28, 2018) I was terrified mainly to lose my best friend. But after you conquer the mental addiction, the physical is easy. Start the program, it really really works. Best of luck to you 🙂
I went into this program feeling hopeless. I didn't think it would work. So I set out to prove it doesn't work. But I didn't want to prove it dishonestly. So I did every exercise and watched every video just so I could maintain my integrity when it comes time to announce that it doesn't work. Well when the day came to finish my last smoke, I did it without anxiety, regret, or sadness. I did it with excitement, hopefulness, and glee. Follow the program and you will soon focus on the pleasures of being a non smoker. I promise.
This program is unstoppable and versatile for any area of life. If I knew quitting smoking was this easy, I'd have done it years ago. Thanks Nasia for your awesome dedication to this plague.
I quit on the 25th of April 2019. I had been a smoker for 18 years and only tried to quit once a long time ago and miserably white knuckled it for 2 weeks before giving in. I believed that’s how it would always be if I tried to quit again. The CBQ method has taken that fear out of quitting and replaced it with excitement about being a happy nonsmoker! It was hard at first but now my cravings are small and dwindling on how often already. I’m so grateful that I found this program and did the work that came with it! Thank you a million times over! You’ve saved my life!
I didn’t really experience any cravings - it’s as though I hadn’t been addicted at all! I can’t account for it except by suggesting the following: (1) I was ready finally to let it go; (2) Even though I did not complete the program, I did Days 0 through 4 twice - I think I did Day 3 three times. (3) The logical and reasonable approach contained in the CBQ method somehow outweighed my years of addiction. As far as I could guess, the parts that really worked best for me were the visualizations and the analysis of limiting beliefs. In my case, those limiting beliefs were based on the deaths of my two husbands - one in 1978 and one in 1997. Because they had both smoked occasionally, usually on vacation or at parties, smoking seemed to me to be a way to feel happier and closer to my past. This is the belief that I finally came to terms with. Smoking really did not enhance my life, and I think I used this limiting belief as a crutch. It was tied up in a “poor me” attitude which in all other aspects of my life is non-existent. I have no reason to feel like that, because while I suffered the losses of men whom I loved dearly and who loved me, my life has been pretty terrific in all other respects.
I had my ritualistic “last cigarette” on August 18th 2020, but I smoked about 8 - 10 more on the weekend of September 12 & 13. However, I don’t even know why I did that, because I wasn’t really craving a smoke. I think I did it to see if I had actually crossed a threshold in my thinking, and the answer was yes. So technically September 13th 2020 is the true quit date, but August 18th is when I came to the full realization that I didn’t need to smoke anymore.
I am also happy that the program continues to be available to me. While I feel very confident that I am finished with cigarettes, I like the comfort of knowing the CBQ program is there is I need it again. I really believe I won’t need it, but it’s lovely that it’s available.
Thank you, Nasia, for the program. It is a well-researched, science-based approach to nicotine addiction, and I think that is what struck me during the introductory video. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely, Leslie
I am really very happy after taking this program. I smoked my last cigarette on 5th February 2020.
I had been smoking for more than 55 years and about 40 cigarettes daily. After taking the program, I found it very helpful as I tried to follow each exercise spiritually particularly noting down each cigarette i smoked in the note prescribed. Now I have deep cleaned my office, removed ash trays from every where in my home, toilet and office, which helped reduction in my craving.
I had no doubt about becoming smoke free.
I am extremely blessed to have found your program and group. Almost 20 yrs of smoking and in 10 days got rid of it. Not only did you show me the path to quit smoking you also made me realize that I am stronger than I look.
I was smoking pack and 1/2 day for 35 years. I quit on the 6th of October 2019 and never turning back. Nasia Davos Thank you ma’am for everything; could not possibly have done it without you!
Nasia Davos did something here nobody else apparently could; dug down & developed the core reasons we smoke. And it’s then - and ONLY then - that we can quit.
For those of you headed this way, it’s not scary; it’s peaceful.
Both my husband, Bob and I quit smoking on September 17th!! We are so very proud and so was our doctor! I gave my doctor your information as I was so extremely
Impressed with your incredible knowledge and you described. E to a “T” !! You have the best system out there, I wish you had of been around 30 years ago! But, better late than ever!
Thank you so much for your dedication and passion for what you do! You are amazing!!

I smoked for 38 years. I never thought it would be this easy to quit. I followed the program and I quit 8 October 2018.
I took 13 days to complete the program (which is a nice feature, because some people want/need more days to complete it) and smoked my last cigarette on June 4, 2019.
I had smoked for over 40 years and had tried a handful of times to quit (nicotine replacement, meds—avoid! cold turkey), eventually deciding just to cut back to less than a half pack a day and leave it at that. But over the last couple of years I felt a growing frustration with my habit because I was beginning to see that I was enslaved by it.
The old saying, “when the student is ready, the teacher appears,” is more true than not.
On a whim (?) one night I googled “natural ways to stop smoking,” not really thinking I’d find anything that resonated with me. You see, I wanted to WANT to quit but didn’t feel convinced that could/would happen. I didn’t smoke much, but I was protective of the few I did smoke and was securely, emotionally attached. I clicked on a small, unassuming link that has irrevocably changed my life. I watched a short video about the CBQ method, then signed up for the webinar, put it off for a couple days and decided to spend the money and complete the program.
About the money, I’ve seen a few comments that vilify Davos and the CBQ program because the program costs a modest amount of money. But think about the research, the time invested, the technology, the training of competent, responsive staff and the resources that the program provides each participant.
Once you purchase the program, you own it, and they extend to you the offer to sign up a friend or family member for free. Even for me being a light smoker, what I paid for the program was 1/3 of what I would have spent on cigarettes for a year and I imagine what a pack-a day person—or more—must save in one year alone. And the financial part is just but one benefit. You will experience a freedom on several levels that nonsmokers are unable to appreciate. I will add that if you participate in one of their webinars, you will be offered a reduction in price. That is the price I took advantage of.
I signed on to the program as a hopeful skeptic and remained as such through over half the time in the program. I wanted to hope it would work but had a hard time believing it would work because I didn’t want to be disappointed like I had been in the past. By the way, the program touches on the aspects of suspicion and fear of disappointment in a very relevant way. One of the best feelings in the world is making a believer out of oneself—not because someone else convinced you to believe something, but because through your own experience you convinced yourself! I can’t really put a price on that experience.
As I look back on the process, it seems like such a natural progression and yet there are times that I am really struck by the fact that I am a nonsmoker. There is a magic to the process of the program, but it’s a magic that is rooted in an intelligent, coherent engineering process that has an enduring impact.
Perhaps as this program gains more ground and attention, law enforcement and medical institutions will comprehend and acknowledge the value of such a method and employ it to help countless others who suffer from comparatively more debilitating addictions instead of wasting resources on criminalizing them.
There are lots of people making lots of unsubstantiated claims to make a buck in this world. I am one of the greatest skeptics; I am, but I can say without reservation—based solely on my own experience--that Davos and her team are the real deal.
Appreciation to you all-
Diana Skill
18-Month Update: There isn't a week that goes by that I don't find myself in a moment of gratitude for having left that enslavement behind. I never would have imagined it. . . .
I quit on April 20, 2020. Me and my wife’s 18 wedding anniversary.
No relapses or cheats at all!
It’s been quite strange though. I have tried quitting many times and with many different techniques and each time I am, as you say, “a deprived” non-smoker. And all I can do is think about smoking.
This time however, it hasn’t been like that. Sure there are some triggers but for the majority of the time, I don’t even think about smoking. I go through the days and then I will realize I don’t even remember when I might have last thought about smoking.
I know you explained to us how the program works and took us through step by step, but I admit I was skeptic because it seemed like hocus pocus and I had failed so many previous attempts with different methods. But somehow it just worked. I had that last cigarette at 7:00pm and then the next day I did not even miss it. Not even with my morning coffee 1 hr after waking up:). I don’t think about before going to sleep thinking how good it will be to wake up and have a smoke, or when I do wake up thinking how good it will be when I get my coffee.
I want to thank you for developing this program and thank you and your team for your support.
The biggest thing about this for me is that now I finally feel like I’ve been able to keep my promise to my daughter that I will quit. After making this promise so many times and failing, I know she was beginning to give up on me, and disappointing your child like that is one of the biggest heartaches I’ve ever had.
Thanks again for everything.
Lance Draper - Happy Non-Smoker! 🙂

Quitting smoking has been my obsession for quite some time now. I already succeeded in loosing 22 pounds. I did it by changing my lifestyle. And I’m maintaining!
Today is another change of my lifestyle, I’ve been ready for a very long time. Your guidance gave me that extra push I needed to move forward. I will continue to listen, watch and reenforce my decision with the program.
I am grateful to you and your team!
My official quit date is May 19th 2019. Hardly any urges. Funny how when your brain finally gets the point the urges aren't there like they use to be when I tried to quit. Just goes to show you how much more psychological this habit is and not very physical. Thanks you Lord for your help!!!!!
Quit on the 31st of May 2019 and I’m loving being smoke free! Xx
I originally wanted to quit for my 4 year old daughter and be a better role model for her, but I realised I had to do it for myself too.
I loved the way the program is set out with daily homework to keep to focused and on board.
Think positive and you will succeed. I write in a journal every time I feel weak AND weirdly ping a hairband that’s always on my wrist to associate the desires for a cigarette with pain (actual pain) YOU GOT THIS!
On January 2019, I just said enough after my pack was empty. I see now that in the past I saw myself as deprived, and now I see myself as gaining. I smoked at least a pack for 47 years. I never thought this possible. I even had 5 cartons of smokes here for my brother and wasn’t tempted too. I seldom have cravings. Can u believe I stopped doing something I did 25x a day for 47 years? Thank you for your program and support. I never thought I would be here!
Hi Nasia! I am very glad that with your strategy I could succesfully understand and quit smoking. ….Thank you. Your program gaved exactly what I needed. The understanding, that everything was uncovered how and why. So my mind could let it go. Now It is easy to not smoke.…. So now it is like starting a new life.
My official last cigarette was on 6-29-2019 at 6:22pm
I finished day 6 and I have not had a cigarette since the end of it. There was something about Day 6 that worked for me, its something you said in those videos that got through to me. I remember later that night playing the music from the Escape scene in the Shawshank Redemption that made me quit for good in my mind. Also on this day I received a card from my girlfriend that was so inspiring. I think I can truly say I have had my last cigarette. I wrote my girlfriend a poem that ends with I put out my last cigarette. My life will be changed forever. This program has been a change of life for me!
Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to create this course and for the follow up messages to ensure we are successful.
Finished the program. It took me about 15 days to finish but I feel amazing. I never in a million years thought I could walk away from smoking so easily!!
I am a happy non smoker!! Thank you so much for this course, after trying to quit for years using nicotine gum, patches, ecigs with no success I am so happy and relieved that you have helped me. Most importantly you've given me the tools and confidence to remain smoke free. If I feel like I'm struggling I know that I can watch some of your videos again and look at my work sheets. The facebook group is inspirational and a big support as well.
I quit smoking on November 20th, 2019 and haven't missed smoking AT ALL since then. This program takes the daunting idea of quitting and makes it unbelievably easy. There was once a time when I never thought I would be where I am today, a happy non-smoker, more in control of my life than ever before, but here I am! Thank you thank you thank you, Nasia and team for your incredible help.
I hope that your program reaches as many smokers as possible! I want to shout at every single smoker i see now "hey! Check out the CBQ method!" I dont know how well that would go over with strangers 🙂
I am sooo proud to say that my quit date was June 27 19 I smoked for the better part of 15 years. It is amazing to be smoke free and feel confident that I will NEVER need or want another cigarette!
Thank you eternally Nasia!!!
I just want to give a BIG thank you to Nasia I honestly feel I couldn't have done it without your workshop. I also cannot believe I've been smoking on and off for 30 years. Your teachings have me with no cravings no need to rely on my willpower. Cause I couldn't stop smoking by ignoring it.
This program has been pretty amazing for me, no cravings don't want it even near a smoker. So happy being a non smoker 😉
Sometimes it's just my head that tells me to smoke but I don't crave it - shocking indeed.
Her method of teaching us how to program our brain is priceless information.
I quit April 30, 2019. I am so proud of this achievement - from being in a place where I thought it would be impossible to now being able to wake up knowing i am now a non smoker and can do so much more with my life and feel so much better. It has been truly amazing. I knew I could do it this time. 2 packs a day for 40 years. I feel fantastic. I DID IT. WOOHOOOO. And you know what. Everyone reading this. YOU CAN DO IT AS WELL. My journey has been amazing and I am very thankful for finding Nasia and her CBQ. Life is amazing again. 🙏
My last cigarette was 8:45 pm on April 8th 2019. Thank you.
My last cigarette was in the middle of July 2018, maybe around the 20th. I used to keep track of the days but I am to the point where I feel comfortable just one day at a time smoke free. Below is a short letter of what this program meant to me.
For me this program meant failure was not an option. I smoked cigarettes for over 50 years and started to have health issues and had stopped here and there but always went back to smoking. I stopped for 2 years and bummed one off a friend and it was all down hill from there. I needed to quit and was tired of failing.
Myself like many if not all of you felt myself reaching everywhere to get help with this most additive drug and that is what it truly is. Not only additive but has around 23 cancer causing chemicals that is noted. I started thinking why am I doing this to myself and hurting all the people who love me and need me. It was selfish on my part. I saw this program online and something just jumped out at me. The cost was a little scary at the time because I am on a fixed income but the more I thought about it and listened to what Nasia was saying about her program just made sense.
My daughter is a nationally, state certified therapist and I see a therapist to help me deal with some of my heath issues and they both said if I feel like this is going to help to go for it.
I followed all the steps and found that this program was not only helping stop smoking but it was helping with other facets of life that we all deal with. I hard copied the program and made a folder so if I need help I can go back to it. I particularly liked where if you were having issues it told you where to look back to get help. Don't try to skip over anything because it is put in a sequence that is very important.
Also I feel what was very important is Nasia's skilled help that you can reach on line and Nasia will get back to you with an answer. Also seeing responses on facebook can give you answers to what you may e going through..Overall I feel this is a great program not only to stop smoking but help you deal with adversities in your life. I wish everyone good luck and God Bless.
On a day by myself, I saved the last cigarette to smoke alone while nobody was home and told myself this is it. The last cigarette made me feel dizzy and sick to my stomach. I guess, for me that is a huge accomplishment and better than smoking 8-10 a day which I had been doing.
Besides the many reasons of quitting smoking that I listed, health, recovery process of surgery, and being there for my family were my main reasons for quitting. Yes, I can officially say I am a happy non-Smoker.
Thank you so much for everything.
Having smoked most of my adult life, I was desperate to quit but did not know how. I hated how smoking held me back from feeling free to enjoy my life. Discovering the CBQ program and believing in Nasia Davos' technique was a genuine awakening. I fully invested myself in following all the instructions and once I understood my thought processes and behaviours, the MAGIC happened.
I am very proud to announce that I quit on March 2 2020 and will never smoke again. I wish the same success to everyone who is reading this. Nasia Davos, thank you for this genius smoking cessation formula.
Gratefully yours always.
I'm delighted to tell you that I'm a happy nonsmoker since July 15th 2019 🙂
Thanks to the great program you and the team put together! I'll be forever grateful.
Thank you so much for this program, Nasia! It has not only lead me to becoming a non-smoker, but also assisted me in truly looking at other aspects of my life and how to improve them. So much so, that I have begun a CBT certification course.
As someone who has suffered from panic and anxiety for the majority of my life, smoking became not only a part of my identity, but what I thought to be a huge safety net...a crutch...a “friend” that I relied on to the point of panic when I began running low. I can’t even begin to tell you, without writing a short novel, the challenges that made me feel this accomplishment to be well...impossible. I don’t want to say that everyday is a challenge, because that’s really not the case, because at the end of each day that I am a non-smoker, I find myself smiling and being so grateful for coming across this program and all the many other things that I managed to accomplish during the course of that day, which I would not have in my old identity.
Thank you again, so much, for your passion and commitment with this program. Quit date: 15 July 2020
I was a smoker of 20 a day for 24 years...tried everything to quit in the past...this method made a lot of sense to me...I have a full realisation now that smoking is my worst enemy not my comfort or friend...this point gets clearer the longer you quit for...I smell sooo nice, my skin is a much better colour and I got a PB on a recent run...I'm free, I have my freedom... withdrawal wasn't he worst thing in the world saw it as my freedom pains...don't physically crave any more. I comforted myself during withdrawal with lots of chamomile tea. I think about it soooo much less too and that'll improve even more over time, and everytime it comes into my head I think of all the bad things and now it's a very negative association... Keep going with it, if I can do it so can you....thank you so much Nasia you've helped improve my life ❤️❤️
Quit in March, 2019. Still waiting for the cravings. 🤔 it's easy, no pain, no discomfort, no sleepless nights. And to think all this time all I had to do was believe in myself. 💖 You can too! I now feel like I've been given an opportunity to deal with ups and downs as a non smoker and come out on top. Thank you Nasia, from the bottom of my heart.
Dear Nasia, thank you very much for this program, I am truly enjoying my smoke free life and all the freedom it brings! It is like a whole new life!
Sincerely, Lynn Palmer
My last cigarette was 07/19/20.....I had quit before 20 years ago. Quitting was very easy at that time. I quit cold turkey as soon as I found out I was pregnant.... I was NOT going to poison my baby, there was NO way that I would do that, so I just stopped with no hesitation....
15 years later I started smoking again...since I had successfully quit before I though that quitting was just a simple decision.... but then I realized it was not as easy as I thought.....
I loved Nasia's program, it made me look at myself... question myself "why did I start smoking again?".... but most importantly it helped me find within myself the reason to quit smoking...THAT reason that is so compelling that leaves no doubt in your mind that smoking is no longer a choice.....20 years ago that reason was my baby..... today is myself and the desire to live a healthy life well into my retirement years, I also want to travel the world...
It has been 2 months and I rarely think of cigarettes... I am also conscious of my past mistakes, so I know not to give in again, specially knowing that I really can live without cigarettes.
So my advice is: Take the journey, get to know yourself and find THAT reason that leaves not doubt in your mind that a smoke free life is the only choice... quitting is indeed a simple decision once you find YOUR reason to quit.
Thanks Nasia for this program and all your support!!!
This is how it feels to be free!!
I quit on June 15, 2017. I want to thank you for all your help Nacia. I took your course last year and used the info and exercises to cut back gradually. I was stuck-upto get a on one pack a week since Thanksgiving but I finally was able to quit that. I thought I couldn't get by morning coffee without a cigarette but it's a lot easier than I thought. I never smoked again after quitting last June and my lungs are improving. Thanks again

I think the biggest value that I picked up from this program is the fact that we CAN reprogram our brains, even the unconscious part, by changing our belief system and getting to know the very core of our addiction. That was the part I was struggling with for years, but that struggle is over now. I am in control and I changed the rules. Because we truly have the power to do so.
Thank you Nasia Davos for helping me become a happy non-smoker and for providing the right guidance and framework that I needed to finally deal with my inner fears and roadblocks.
You can be whoever you want, so WHY not a non-smoker?
I'm Daniel Frisbie, 55 years old and a former cigarette smoker from the USA. I began smoking as a child at eight years old, swiping cigarettes from adults when they weren't looking until I could buy them myself. I continued to smoke through my teen years and into adulthood. I served in the US Navy for 23 years, smoking heavily the whole time and developing an affection for heavy alcohol consumption. After I retired from the Navy, I worked offshore in the oil and gas industry, and continued to smoke a pack of cigarettes per day. In 2010, my wife and I lost our daughter of 24 years to illness. About 6 years ago, my drinking alcohol became out of control and I had to quit (with help), but continued to smoke.
In the Spring of 2019, I suddenly became concerned for my health and began to eat healthier and exercise a little. Stopping smoking seemed to be a natural step in the healthy lifestyle, so I explored methods and decided to try the CBQ method. My 55th birthday seemed like a great time to make this big change. I like the plan, it works, but this had a serious side effect for me.
Having served in combat in the past, I have some PTSD issues that were masked and controlled by the smoking. Smoking was my control method of keeping the PTSD issues buried. Without smoking, my issues surfaced and created a storm like I've never seen. However, I am smart enough to know when things are bad and got help immediately.
I am luck. I have the absolutely best support network in the world. Two of my best friends have PTSD and are also counselors. They are invaluable in keeping me straight. One of them quit smoking the same day that I did.
My wife and another best friend give me the love and support I need at home and help me with day to day life issues. I have the occasional craving/desire to smoke, but it goes away fairly quickly and I move on.
Life is pretty good!
Dan
Quit Date: 15th of June 2019.
I want to thank you for all of the research, time and energy that you put into building this program. I think the fact that you had lived the experience made your program so empowering and safe for those with this terrible addiction.
I am proud to say I have been a non smoker for 10 days. Truly incredible as I didn’t ever think I could ever manage day to day life without smoking . Although I didn’t smoke a lot of cigarettes a day I was horribly addicted . I can’t believe how good I feel health wise. I work at it everyday and am being more active and doing mindfulness activities to help manage anxiety . Many thanks for making this happen.
I am so blessed that I just happened to stumble across your free webinar as I was frantically searching for a way to escape my addiction . I also shared this program with my friend and she is now a non smoker as well. Many thanks Nasia, Christine
I have been really surprised how easy it’s been. No withdrawal symptoms, no putting on weight and I’m really enjoying being a non smoker.
I loved your course and have recommended it to loads of people
Thank you
I followed your plan exactly to the letter and reaped the rewards of quitting with no pain! I did not believe quitting could be this easy overall or that I could quit without a nicotine substitute, unheard of for sure!!
You gave me a solid foundation with your program, I do believe that when the student is ready the teacher appears. I was only on the web to see what other nicotine replacements were out there and I hit your link...coincidence. I think not. Your obvious dedication and hard work to your cause to put out smoking is fantastic and I'm happy to be a part of it! This was the best money I've ever spent on myself!!
I have tried to quit everything to quit smoking over the last 10 years. Gum, patches, pills, cold turkey, etc. I had hypnotherapy as well. Nothing worked. I spent hundreds of dollars and I felt hopeless. I quit trying to quit.
But one day I came upon this webinar and decided to attend. I found Nasia Davos to be comforting and caring. With the possibility for the refund if I did not quit, I decided I had nothing to lose. I didn’t feel ready to start the program but I decided I would not postpone it and began the very same day.
It worked! I felt good going through the program. The daily videos and assignments were reinforcing my goal every day. Nasia was encouraging and made me want to continue to work at it. The Facebook group was amazing as I had support from other people around the world going through the same things as I. The three people whom I told I was quitting on day 1 supported me. I had 1 relapse, of just 2 cigarettes, but I followed through with the relapse program and was able to get back on track.
I have not had a cigarette since August 8, 2018 I feel so much better and I am VERY proud of myself. I am still surprised when my hair hits my face and doesn’t smell like smoke. This program literally helped me to save my life. I will forever be grateful for it and Nasia.
My quit date was September 13th 2019. I am enjoying being smoke free, never dreamed I could do it. The ONLY way to quit is with your programme.
I'm not sure where I saw your program, but I'm sure glad I did. I had my last cigarette on March 15th 2018 and it has been mostly easy not smoking since then. It seems my dogs have had a harder time adjusting, seeing as I don't go outside every hour 🙂 I've smoked for 30 years or so, and I've been discouraged that I hadn't been able to quit smoking. In 1990 I quit drinking (almost a fifth of liquor a day), granted I had my 2nd dui but one day I woke up and didn't have any desire to drink. Of course the following couple of years were literally the years from hell, but I'm now going on 28 years sober.
In April of last year I woke up one day and didn't want to have a cup of coffee, which I started drinking in 1985 and drank 6-10 cups of coffee everyday. I didn't have the caffeine withdrawal headaches, but I did get some good naps in - naps are good 🙂 So I know I can quit something, but these darn cigarettes had a hold on me. Until I went through your program!
I've got a Bachelors in Psychology so I am familiar with the cognitive behavioral theory, just never thought I would be using it to quit smoking. It makes logical and rational sense, things I'm comfortable with - so when going through the 6 basic needs I experienced a deep emotional response.
Thank you for your program and your sincerity in helping others quit smoking!
I quit smoking on March 18, 2020. So proud of me. 🙂 So grateful for this gift. It feels so incredible to really for real forever be done! Quitting for good, one of the best things I ever did. Went away to my friend’s this weekend for an overnight visit. I have always smoked with her in the past, even if I was quit, and this time I didn’t even get an urge even though she was smoking right in front of me. What an amazing feeling!!! Loving it!!! I also suggested a nice hike and we did that which we both enjoyed sans cigarettes. While there she made the comment, “Well if you can do it, so can I.” (I used to smoke a lot more than her.) Quitting just has so many benefits including possibly inspiring those around you. Be the change you want to see in the world. 🙂
My quit date was 11th June 2020. I am so happy and so proud that I have quit and it’s thanks to your program. This is the best program I have ever come across, thank you. Never give up
I have shared my story, and your organization, with several people. Many thanks for helping me do something that continues to pay back dividends in my life. My overall health and well-being may be the best it’s ever been in my adult life. My stress management and attitude at work have also improved. Even my dry skin on my hands is better than ever. It seems possible, maybe even probable, that quitting nicotine has positively impacted several aspects of my life, some which I did not expect. I will forever be in your debt for putting together a straightforward program which made quitting a celebration, not a burden! I love you all!
Sincerely,
Justin Sosnowski.
Another happy non-smoker!!!
I am a non smoker for 1 year now. you were my brake down go to person. I THANK YOU. I want everyone to know cigs are so BAD.
Smoke- free since November 12, 2020.
Thank you so much for this course. It was just what I needed to be able to quit. The course drew out of me why I smoked and why I couldn't give up in the past.
I took it slowly and completed the course in 17 days. I hadn't chose a day to give up but when I was walking my dog I sat down in front of our bowling green and just said to myself 'This is it, my last cigarette'. I walked away after my last cigarette and felt great. And it worked. I felt so pleased and said out loud I'm free and I am a non-smoker.
Threw the packet, containing its remaining cigarettes, into the bin and walked away.
Thank you so much for your brilliant course. I would like to encourage other people with their attempt as I think your course and your support team are fantastic.
Off hook for 2 years since 2017 and counting on. Been through stressful situations, been hanging out with smokers but was not tempted to get hook again. This programme is definitely effective! Nasia Davos thank you for making all these possible! I have tried to quit for so many years but you are right, willpower doesn't last. Glad I found your method and use CBT to break the chain with smoking. 10 days of pain for a lifetime of freedom. Thank you!
I'm very confident that I do not want to smoke another cig as long as I live I will remain humble and take this addiction one day at a time. Thank you again. God bless.
I am a happy non smoker since April 18, 2019. My wife quit as well a couple days before me with the help of the program.
Great program that I have referred to many.
