"Thank you CBQ for saving my life."

Smoke (actually vape) free since January 8, 2022. Thank you CBQ for saving my life.

The program works for vaping. I vaped non stop. I couldn't leave a room if i didn't have my vape. I couldn't grocery shop without going in the bathroom and vaping. I smoked 2-3 vuse pods each day. If I couldn't vape i wore a half a nicotine patch. I used to smoke 2 1/2 packs a day, then vaped the equivalent or more.

Let the program work, only you can get in the way of progress. If you could quit on your own you would have quit already. Follow the program and do not be in such a hurry. You can do it. I was a hard-core addict. I had to listen to the videos over and over again. I panicked so much about counting how many times I vape that I stopped on day 6. I always knew logically I should not smoke but I couldn't figure out all the emotional reasons until doing this program.

If you keep working the program something is going to click, once it does you can do this. Crave freedom.

Think of something really hard that you accomplished. This is when it clicked for me. I went to law school. It was really hard. The reason I succeeded in law school was because I believed I could do it if I worked hard enough. I pictured myself as a lawyer. I recognized the benefits of being a lawyer. Apply the same principles to quitting smoking. Think of the hardest thing that you accomplished. Figure out how you accomplished it. Apply the same thoughts to smoking and you will succeed. This is a mental battle. You are smarter than an elephant or a cigarette. You got this.

I am pleased to have found the CBQ Program and Nasia Davos and the whole program team who assisted me in reaching my goal to become a non-smoker. I had smoked about a pack and a half for the better part of 50+ years. My grand kids had been asking me to quit for a number of years and with this program was able to break the habit/addiction and smoke my last cigarette on January 2020. Thanks again for all the support and the wonderful program.

"Your program was the first to have ever worked for me and it worked like magic. I know that sounds unbelievable and I cannot explain it."

Thank you so very much for this excellent smoking cessation method, CBQ Method, that you created to help people like me finally stop smoking!!!

I have been trying to quit smoking for many years. The first time I tried was in 1987. I started smoking in 1977. So I have smoked for 44 years and have tried to quit for 34 years. I have literally tried every method known to quit. Being a smoker was never who I truly was. Your program was the first to have ever worked for me and it worked like magic. I know that sounds unbelievable and I cannot explain it.

I have tried and failed with every other method out there. I was a smoker who truly believed I enjoyed smoking! Smoking is the absolute worst!!! The only people who benefit from smoking are big tobacco, morticians, and pharmaceutical companies. Freedom is so sweet!!!

I have learned so much from the CBQ program and I owe Nasia Davos a great debt. For me, in the past, smoking a cigarette was my first coping mechanism! For anger, depression, and everything else in between. I would leave the situation, go off by myself somewhere and smoke and think about what was happening inside of me. Then I usually felt somewhat better or more together and I would rejoin the situation or not. So the cigarette would get all the credit for making me feel better( when it actually was only relieving my craving for nicotine) and I was the one actually doing all of the work trying to figure out how I was going to cope with the situation. As a non smoker, I still remove myself from the situation and go somewhere by myself to think. I just don’t smoke because I fought like hell to get rid of that problem and I no longer have to satisfy the nicotine craving. Removing myself from the situation does help.

The other thing I’m doing is I ordered a workbook on cognitive behavioral therapy and I’m working my way through it. It’s not easy but at 62, I figured I better start learning to cope with my problems without a cigarette. It’s a journey.

Such an amazing program! I will recommend it highly!!!

I did quitting. I did. I did...I'm happy Non-Smoker since 11/28/2019. Since halfway of program, i decided to replace smoking with some healthy lifestyle..Yes, I hit the gym first time in my life and started achieving good physics now. I surprised my elder daughter on her 10th birthday with Non-smoker shirt and told her I quit smoking. She was fighting, crying for this moment for long time along with her mother. Please see the photo of that beautiful moment. I don't know the right word to express my gratitude to you and team. My quit date was thanksgiving day and i made my wife feel good and relaxed forever. She is the one waited for that moment for almost 15 years. Now I'm proud to be an inspiring person in my family. I started applying many of the principles of the program into my life to set new healthy goals in my life. I know the proverb "Health is wealth" but only recent days i started feeling it from my heart. Thanks again.

"For the small amount the program costs it's way better than all the money I have spent over past 42 + years I smoked on cigarettes!"

I am a veteran USAF. I became a regular drug user and cigarette smoker when I was 13. Actually had my first drink when I was 5 and tried my first cigarette at 7. So I got clean and sober on June 15 2008. But I continued to smoke cigarettes until I just quit on march 31 2022. So I used drugs for 29 years and I smoked for 42 years. I always told myself that I will die using drugs and smoking cigarettes because I can't and don't want to quit! Ok so fast forward to today!! The reason for this reflection is I am finally drug and smoke free! And it will stay this way for the rest of my life!!

It's great to say that I am a happy non-smoker because in the past I never said that when I stopped! Because I never wanted too!! So for the first time in my life I can say I am and will be for the rest of my life!

To all of those who are struggling and feel that the only answer is to smoke!! That is a delusion that I told myself for over 42 years! Willpower sucks!! Mind power awesome!! I changed my mindset.

For the small amount the program costs it's way better than all the money I have spent over past 42 + years I smoked on cigarettes! So as they continued to drink and smoke I lost count on how many asked us how we can be so damn happy without drinking or smoking and I responded. Being clean & sober and now a happy non smoker is sooooooooooo much better! I told them I choose freedom!!

Thank you again Nasia for this awesome program!! Always choosing freedom!! The CBQ METHOD really works!!

"I was skeptical because I had so many failed attempts with different methods. But somehow it just worked."

I quit on April 20, 2020. Me and my wife’s 18 wedding anniversary.
No relapses or cheats at all!
It’s been quite strange though. I have tried quitting many times and with many different techniques and each time I am, as you say, a deprived non-smoker. And all I can do is think about smoking.

This time however, it hasn’t been like that. Sure there are some triggers but for the majority of the time, I don’t even think about smoking. I go through the days and then I will realize I don’t even remember when I might have last thought about smoking.

I know you explained to us how the program works and took us through step by step, but I admit I was skeptical because it seemed like hocus pocus and I had so many failed attempts with different methods. But somehow it just worked. I had that last cigarette at 7:00pm and then the next day I did not even miss it. Not even with my morning coffee 1 hr after waking up:). I don’t think about before going to sleep thinking how good it will be to wake up and have a smoke, or when I do wake up thinking how good it will be when I get my coffee.

I want to thank you for developing this program and thank you and your team for your support.

The biggest thing about this for me is that now I finally feel like I’ve been able to keep my promise to my daughter that I will quit. After making this promise so many times and failing, I know she was beginning to give up on me, and disappointing your child like that is one of the biggest heartaches I’ve ever had.

Thanks again for everything.

"It’s an outstanding program!"

It’s an outstanding program! It all starts with a choice to become a non smoker, that desire of freedom. And to follow the step by step program. Nasia Davos is an amazing facilitator in the step by step In the CBQ program.
My freedom date is: 20-02-2022! I was a smoker for 29 years. There was of course many attempts to stop, especially for my 2 pregnancies. And then, I became a social smoker and was able to maintain « that status » for a few years. Afterward, I started vaping for a year and then my kids started picking it up and trying it and that did not make me feel very proud of myself. So I started to smoke again. My teenagers would push me away when I would approach them to give them a kiss « mom you stink »!
One morning I woke up and said to myself I want to stop smoking. And I googled the following ….. how to stop smoking naturally….. and voilà…CBQ method came up!
For me it’s very simple, the decision to invest in myself by joining the CBQ program was a very big step out off a very long hibernation status I was maintaining for many many years. It was the beginning of a beautiful journey of faith, love and courage towards freedom and accomplishment. I am so proud of myself and my life has shifted for the better as of the moment I chose ME!
Thank you Nasia 🙏🏻
