We Help Lifetime Smokers Quit Easily with The CBQ Method
The CBQ helps you rewire your brain, break the mental addiction and remove your desire to smoke in 4 stages.
Why the CBQ Method
The CBQ Method removes your desire to smoke by changing how you think about smoking (cognitive) and breaking the habit (behavioral).
Natural
No chemicals or addictive substances. Just psychology. We modeled the mindset and behavioral patterns of happy non-smokers and put them in a method that everyone can use to succeed.
4-Stage Process
The CBQ has 4 quit smoking stages that rewire your brain back to that of a happy non-smoker. You went through these 4 stages when you became addicted to smoking. Going through them again helps you reverse that process.
Breaks the Mental Addiction
The CBQ is based on CBT, NLP, and Neuroscience and solves the core problem, which is the mental dependence on smoking, so you can feel better as a non-smoker without switching one nicotine addiction for another.
Easy
The CBQ removes the desire for smoking so that you stop wanting to smoke. When you stop seeing smoking as something that adds value to your life, you don’t feel deprived without it or need to use willpower to resist it.

I quit on Aug 13th 2020. I smoked for 50 years. I know I will never go back to smoking.
For me I never believed that smoking was all about chemical dependency. If that were true smokers would be like other addicts and wake in the middle of the night needing a fix. That never happened to me in almost 5 decades of smoking. When I found this program I knew I was at the right place. My advice would be to follow the program and know that it’s mostly a mind game you are playing. That helped me a lot.
I tried many times to quit. I would quit for a few days or a week and then back to smoking. After going through the CBQ program something in my brain switched and I simply no longer needed to smoke. First step was to think of myself as a nonsmoker.
I bought the program because I want them to make money and be able to continue this great program. Also I thought it would provide more in-depth detail and it did.
The CBQ Method is amazing. I don’t miss smoking at all.

I am sooo grateful to Nasia for this amazing program. It took me a whole month to do my 10 days but I am so glad that I didn’t give up and continued on the smoke cessation program.
I wanted to be free from being a slave of cigs. I couldn’t do a 20 minute cardio or even walk up the stairs without being so out of breath. I wanted to do good for my body because I wasn’t born a smoker. The mind shift is everything! Nasia puts it so well in her program. Best investment of my life.
I was a bit hesitant to buy the program. To be honest I had just moved continents, no job and at the beginning of Covid. So money was tight. But I knew I had to take a chance. I had watched Nasia Davos videos and loved what she was offering for free. Now coming up to 2 years, I am so glad I took a chance with the program. What I loved about the program is that you’re not told to quit smoking on day one, you don’t use willpower, something I had used before and fell back into the trap. This is the longest I have been a non-smoker and cheers to many many many more years. I watched the videos and did the assignments and exercises. I am soooo happy now.
I now have my life back, I am a certified Fitness trainer and Coach @kipp.fit and getting my breathing back is the most amazing thing. I love my morning workouts now- even Cardio. I can breathe, I love the way my clothes smell, I workout without losing breath. I am happy!! Best decision I ever made was to take a chance.

I am a veteran USAF. I became a regular drug user and cigarette smoker when I was 13. Actually had my first drink when I was 5 and tried my first cigarette at 7. So I got clean and sober on June 15 2008. But I continued to smoke cigarettes until I just quit on march 31 2022. So I used drugs for 29 years and I smoked for 42 years. I always told myself that I will die using drugs and smoking cigarettes because I can't and don't want to quit! Ok so fast forward to today!! The reason for this reflection is I am finally drug and smoke free! And it will stay this way for the rest of my life!!
It's great to say that I am a happy non-smoker because in the past I never said that when I stopped! Because I never wanted too!! So for the first time in my life I can say I am and will be for the rest of my life!
To all of those who are struggling and feel that the only answer is to smoke!! That is a delusion that I told myself for over 42 years! Willpower sucks!! Mind power awesome!! I changed my mindset.
For the small amount the program costs it's way better than all the money I have spent over past 42 + years I smoked on cigarettes! So as they continued to drink and smoke I lost count on how many asked us how we can be so damn happy without drinking or smoking and I responded. Being clean & sober and now a happy non smoker is sooooooooooo much better! I told them I choose freedom!!
Thank you again Nasia for this awesome program!! Always choosing freedom!! The CBQ METHOD really works!!

I did quitting. I did. I did...I'm happy Non-Smoker since 11/28/2019. Since halfway of program, i decided to replace smoking with some healthy lifestyle..Yes, I hit the gym first time in my life and started achieving good physics now. I surprised my elder daughter on her 10th birthday with Non-smoker shirt and told her I quit smoking. She was fighting, crying for this moment for long time along with her mother. Please see the photo of that beautiful moment. I don't know the right word to express my gratitude to you and team. My quit date was thanksgiving day and i made my wife feel good and relaxed forever. She is the one waited for that moment for almost 15 years. Now I'm proud to be an inspiring person in my family. I started applying many of the principles of the program into my life to set new healthy goals in my life. I know the proverb "Health is wealth" but only recent days i started feeling it from my heart. Thanks again.

I quit on April 20, 2020. Me and my wife’s 18 wedding anniversary.
No relapses or cheats at all!
It’s been quite strange though. I have tried quitting many times and with many different techniques and each time I am, as you say, a deprived non-smoker. And all I can do is think about smoking.
This time however, it hasn’t been like that. Sure there are some triggers but for the majority of the time, I don’t even think about smoking. I go through the days and then I will realize I don’t even remember when I might have last thought about smoking.
I know you explained to us how the program works and took us through step by step, but I admit I was skeptical because it seemed like hocus pocus and I had so many failed attempts with different methods. But somehow it just worked. I had that last cigarette at 7:00pm and then the next day I did not even miss it. Not even with my morning coffee 1 hr after waking up:). I don’t think about before going to sleep thinking how good it will be to wake up and have a smoke, or when I do wake up thinking how good it will be when I get my coffee.
I want to thank you for developing this program and thank you and your team for your support.
The biggest thing about this for me is that now I finally feel like I’ve been able to keep my promise to my daughter that I will quit. After making this promise so many times and failing, I know she was beginning to give up on me, and disappointing your child like that is one of the biggest heartaches I’ve ever had.
Thanks again for everything.

I love being smoke free (and nicotine free) - since March 4, 2019! I feel like I finally got that monkey off my back! I am thrilled with my success. I followed the program, did the exercises everyday, visualized how I would conquer my triggers. This program is priceless. I feel like for the first time in many years I will succeed. I feel like if anyone goes through the program they will succeed. But, first of all you have to understand you are NOT losing your best friend you are gaining your life and health back. After 3 or 4 days all the nicotine is out of your system and then it is just a mind game. Mind over matter at that point.
This truly is the best program ever! I followed it completely and did every exercise. I couldn’t have done this without this program. So thankful to Nasia and team!! So today I’m grateful for how good I feel and how thankful I am that I am two years free of that awful habit!

I am so happy to finally be FREE after 47 years of this nasty habit! I broke up my bad relationship with cigarettes. No longer will they control me or abuse me. I AM IN CONTROL. My quit date was February 11, 2020. So glad I found your program!
If someone told me not to try smoking that first one because I was going to become addicted for 47 years I would not have believed them, especially because it was so nasty tasting and made me feel dizzy and sick. But 47 years later and numerous quit attempts I was FINALLY able to change my ending with this program.
Where I struggled with quitting smoking is that all the methods I tried were unfortunately not successful for me. I am so glad that I found this program because it makes so much sense to quit without using NRT products. I learned how to change my mindset. Visualization is a great exercise for getting what you desire. I learned how to practice mindfulness and gratefulness and most of all the gradual decrease using the inventory worksheet was both an eye opener and a perfect way to become detached from smoking. It just makes so much sense!
I am still beyond grateful for finding this amazing program. Thankful for all the lessons learned about myself and especially to Nasia for guiding in a way that helps educate to break free from the nicotine addiction. It teaches us much more as well.
This program keeps giving because there are many learnings that can continue to be applied in other areas of our life.
To help us help ourselves with the goal to getting back to our natural state.

I quit smoking on April 25th, 2018. I replaced smoking with exercise. I used to wake up and smoke, then have coffee and a smoke then drive to work and have a smoke. Now I wake up and exercise every morning and I love it. I don’t even think about smoking. When I have a craving and I cannot exercise per se, I research new exercise programs and diets I can experiment with.
I love this program and I’m telling all my smoker friends about it.
On April 30th, 2018, I started an 8 week couch to 5K program. On May 18th I turned 46, and I bought myself an inflatable paddle board. On June 27th I got my 5K Runner Badge. I continue to run 5K plus 3 days a week, and I get faster every day I run. Through it all I have lost 35 pounds.
None of this would have happened if I had continued to smoke. In fact I hate to even think about where I would be if I were still smoking. I am so excited to be a non-smoker, and I love my smoke-free life. Thank you Nasia!
