Today, I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community.

Inspiring Success
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Doug Edwards from California, US celebrated 6 months nicotine-free!
Doug smoked 8-10 large cigars daily for 42 years. He tried quitting many times before, but it felt impossible. But after going through every day of the CBQ Program he started reprogramming his mind. By day 9 of the program he was down to 2 cigars a day and it didn’t feel painful. On day 10, he smoked his last cigar and it’s been easy and freeing!
6 months later, he’s a happy non-smoker!
This is what he shared about his journey:
“I smoked 8-10 large cigars DAILY. My 42-years as a smoker ended October 13, 2025, thanks to the CBQ Method. I strongly recommend you do the program. The design is really good and helps retrain the unconscious mind. I found the program challenging, demanding honest reflection. It is a wonderful progression– learning and letting go to intentionally achieve your goal. And trust me, the cost only helps you commit to the process AND it will pay for itself in little time.”

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Michelle Warnock from Ontario, Canada, celebrated 5 years smoke-free!! 5 years ago, Michelle was worried about how she’d relieve stress without cigarettes, and could not imagine life without smoking. After struggling to quit on her own, Michelle found the CBQ Method and decided to join the CBQ program. She thought she had nothing to lose, and she was right: She quit!
5 years later, she is still cherishing and loving her smoke-free life.

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Kathy Haase St Clair from New Jersey, US celebrated 2 years smoke-free!
Kathy started smoking 20 years ago as a way to manage stress, eventually seeing cigarettes as a form of “reward,” and the only way to cope with stress.
After attending the free CBQ masterclass, Kathy felt hope for the first time that she could live without her cigarettes, and decided to join the CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program.
During the program, Kathy had a realization: “There is not a single good thing attached to smoking!!!” Not just intellectually, but emotionally as well.
She smoked her last cigarette, and she’s been free ever since.
Life didn’t suddenly become stress-free after she completed the program, but her response to it did. She can cope better, and she’s feeling better than she has in decades. She said, “I keep my focus on what really matters to me in life now, and smoking is NOT on that list. When I think about how much of my time and energy it stole, it heartens my resolve and ongoing resistance!“
Now, 2 years after her quit date, Kathy never looked back. She is still a happy non-smoker!

Inspiring Transformation
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Amanda Young from Florida, US, is celebrating 4 years smoke-free! 4 years ago, quitting smoking seemed out of reach. But Amanda joined the CBQ Program and broke free!
In her own words, “God blessed me when I found your program because it gave me the tools I needed to live a better life and break the chains of smoking. I share your method with anyone who is going through the struggle. Thank you for helping lead me to a better lifestyle that once seemed so far out of reach!”
4 years later, Amanda is still a happy non-smoker!

Inspiring Success
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Maseyree Lofton from Georgia, US celebrated 6 months smoke-free! She smoked her first cigarette when she was 10 years old and continued smoking for 40 years**.**
Over the years, Maseyree tried many ways to quit, searching for something that would work. In her search, she found the CBQ Program and decided to join. What made the difference this time wasn’t just another attempt to quit, but a deeper understanding of herself. During the program, she had a realization: “This program helped me to realize that I have issues with being alone. I think that is what led me to smoking in the first place.“
Everything shifted after that. She was no longer fighting to quit smoking. She was addressing the root cause of it. In her own words, “What I enjoyed most about the CBQ method is that it gives you a countdown to quitting. By the time your quit date arrives, you’re actually ready. And it’s true—I’ve had little to no urges or withdrawals. No anger, no agitation, no constant thoughts about smoking. I truly feel free. Even when I notice my thoughts starting to shift, I’m able to stop them and move on with my day. I’ve learned how to redirect my thinking, and that has been life-changing.”
And this time, it stuck! 6 months after her quit date, she’s still a happy non-smoker!

Inspiring Update
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Louise O’Reilly McAdam from Ireland shared an inspiring update on her smoke-free journey. She’s 2 years and 3 months free, a happy non-smoker, and has transformed her entire life.
Louise smoked for over 30 years and spent 20 of those years trying to quit. Each attempt left her feeling deprived, eventually leading her back to smoking. After joining the CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program, she quit for good.
2 years ago she was battling breast cancer and was worried about hers and family’s future. Now she’s cancer free and in the best physical and mental health she’s ever been. She even completed a 130km (80 miles) walk from Viterbo to Rome in Italy!
In honor of Louise’s recent update, this week’s video spotlight is her inspiring interview we did together a few months ago.

Since our interview, Louise has released 14 more pounds without dieting (29 pounds in total) and has been attending the monthly CBQ Wellness Masterclasses, which transformed her outlook on life: “I don’t see problems in my life anymore, just puzzles to solve and opportunities for improvement and this is an extremely joyful and happy way to live, I Love It!”
This is what Louise shared two days ago about her journey:
“I have been living my best life all because of the CBQ Quit Program, Food Freedom Program and Wellness Program. They have been absolutely life changing for me.
Lately I have been very busy in my new life as an adventurer! I have been training for the last 6 months and last week I completed The Camino Via Francigena. I walked 130KM over 5 Days with my best friend from Viterbo into Rome in Italy and I could not be prouder. It was an absolute dream come true for me and I cannot put into words the joy and happiness this has given me.
This month on 17th April I will celebrate my 2 Year 3 Month Anniversary as a proud and happy Non Smoker thanks to CBQ Team, Nasia Davos and everyone in the Facebook Communities who helped and supported me to make this possible.
Quitting absolutely changed my life! CBQ gave me the tools and skills to become the person I always wanted to be and live the life of my dreams.
6 months after my Quit, I joined CBQ Food Freedom Program which was also a life changing experience.
I released 15Lbs on the program and more importantly developed a healthy relationship with food and overcame my sugar addiction.
Today, I have released a further 14Lbs, have been weight training for over a year in the gym, go hiking and for 12KM walks at the weekends and truly feel life is pulsating through me 24-7. I joined the CBQ Wellness program also, were we have a monthly Masterclass with Nasia, which I absolutely love and have learned so much! I have been given so many tools to work on all areas of my life! These classes have filled me with confidence and changed my mindset completely.
I don’t see problems in my life anymore, just puzzles to solve and opportunities for improvement and this is an extremely joyful and happy way to live, I Love It!
I am so happy and filled with joy and I want to thank all of the CBQ Teams, Nasia and every single person in the CBQ Facebook Communities from the bottom of my heart for keeping me strong and for all your support and advice along the way. I am truly forever grateful to you all.”
