Inspiring Transformation

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Charles Brass from Colorado, US, celebrated 2 years smoke-free.

At 69 years old, Charles never imagined it was possible, but that’s exactly what he did.

He quit smoking after 50+ years and transformed every marker of his health. Now, he’s the healthiest he’s been in decades, and he feels amazing!

His story is truly inspiring, and you can watch him sharing his journey in this Ask An Ex interview.

Inspiring Milestone – Quit Vaping

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Caleb Thompson from Virginia, US, is celebrating 3 years vape-free! Caleb was addicted to vaping and never thought he’d quit, let alone find it easy!

This is what he said:

“I’m seriously so, so happy with your program. I never, ever thought I’d be able to quit vaping at all, much less quit so easily but I never even have come close to relapsing!” “This is easily the best-working product in my life and I couldn’t be happier.”

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member, Michael Delaney from South Carolina, US, celebrated 2 years smoke-free! Michael smoked his first cigarette as a teenager and continued smoking for 45 years. In the past, Michael thought smoking was just a part of who he was.

This is what he shared in his own words:

“My parents smoked and I grew up in a country and an era where smoking was acceptable and even encouraged. I thought smoking was just a part of who I was. Furthermore, I’ve always been very athletic, participating in many sports and smoking never seemed to have affected my abilities. I never wanted to quit. Fast forward to present at 64 years old and I have early signs of emphysema on a CAT scan.”

Michael decided it was time to quit, even though he didn’t truly believe in it.

After attending the free CBQ Masterclass, he decided to join the CBQ Program. While he was skeptical at first, he followed all the steps. And he quit smoking!

2 years later, Michael is still a happy non-smoker.

This is what he recently shared:

“I used to look forward to these like a kid with presents on Christmas. And now the greatest gift of all is the satisfaction of throwing them in the trash. Two years strong and counting. Give yourself a gift this Christmas, give yourself freedom from this shit. “

Tip of the Week

This week’s tip comes from CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Debbie Dunne from Ontario, Canada who celebrated 2 months smoke-free!

Debbie’s tip: Willpower makes cravings worse

“I’ve had terrible withdrawal symptoms every time I quit smoking previously, except this time. The only explanation I can come up with is my brain overruled the issues because of the program. I wasn’t fighting myself with will power, I was working with myself. Going on two months free now. Wishing you all the best!!”
