Happy “Spotlight Wednesday”!

Today, I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community.

Inspiring Transformation

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Marjorie Ayala from Arizona, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free! Marjorie had tried to quit smoking before, but nothing worked. She then joined the CBQ Program, and despite having fear of success and a strong attachment to smoking, she committed to keeping an open mind and doing all the steps. When she reached day 10 of the program, she became a non-smoker! In her own words, “If I can do it, you can. It’s all about mind set!! Thank Nasia for the program. And all those things in the videos that really struck me and were brutally honest even if I didn’t want them to be.”

3 years later, Marjorie is healthier than ever and so happy with her decision!

Inspiring Journey

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Shelley Addington from Wisconsin, US, celebrated 5 years smoke-free!! Shelley was smoking 6 cigarettes a day by herself, yet she felt too addicted. Over the years, she had made 7 serious quit attempts, but eventually returned to smoking. Despite feeling fear, Shelley made the decision to join the CBQ Program. She did her very best and succeeded: “I feel a freedom and sense of confidence, pride, calmness I could not maintain while addicted to nicotine.”

Shelley’s journey to success was not smooth sailing. As she said, “It was not a linear journey to my quit, but was a journey of ups and downs, starts and pauses. I was confident, however, that your program was the thing I needed and that I could count on it to support me through to reaching my goal of being a happy non-smoker.”

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Amanda Wheelock from Maine, US, celebrated 7 years smoke-free! 7 whole years!

Amanda said this about quitting smoking: “I just cannot express how much I finally feel like ME!!” and her tip and inspiring words for others were “Dig down as deep as you can and this program can and will be life changing!! I also dropped 7 pounds as an added bonus and my eating habits changed as my smoking did. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!”

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Isis Mussenden from California, US, celebrated 4 years smoke-free!

In the past, Isis had tried to quit smoking, but nothing stuck.

Determined to improve her health, she kept searching for ways to quit. While she was looking for ways to quit, she found the CBQ Program and decided to join. She followed the program, stayed committed, and she was successful!

4 years later, Isis is still a happy non-smoker and loves being smoke-free!

Inspiring Milestone

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Jody Coyle from England, UK, celebrated 4 years smoke-free!

Jody wanted to quit smoking for years, but was too afraid to take the leap. After attending a CBQ quit smoking masterclass, she felt hopeful she could succeed and decided to join the CBQ Program. She completed the program, smoked her last cigarette, and hasn’t had a puff since!

Just 4 months after she quit, she began to notice all the remarkable changes as a result of quitting smoking. In her own words, “My skin has improved , it’s not as dry. My teeth are whiter, my tongue isn’t yellow, my fingernails are not yellow, my Apple Watch tells me my heart rate is trending lower for 4 months, my circulation is better as my legs used to change colour if I stood too long, I don’t seem to pull muscles in my chest anymore, my Raynaud’s (syndrome) has gone, I get less heartburn . The list is vast!“

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Lance Draper from Alberta, Canada, celebrated 6 years smoke-free!

Lance smoked for 37 years and had tried to quit many times in the past. He tried different methods to quit, but nothing worked. He’s determined to quit smoking as he wanted to keep his promise to his daughter that he would quit. As he was searching for other ways to quit, he found the CBQ Program and decided to join.

Even though he’s skeptical at first due to his previous quit attempts, he still went through the program. And by the time he completed the program, he quit, and he didn’t even miss smoking at all!

As he said, “I admit I was skeptic because it seemed like hocus pocus as I had failed so many previous attempts with different methods. However, somehow it just worked. I had that last cigarette at 7:00pm and then the next day I did not even miss it. Not even with my morning coffee 1 hr after waking up :). I don’t think about before going to sleep thinking how good it will be to wake up and have a smoke”

Inspiring Transformation – Quit Vaping

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Anna Tyzo from England, UK, celebrated 5 years vape-free!

Anna relied on nicotine for 30 years to cope with emotional pain. She went from smoking to vaping. She tried to quit in the past, but she didn’t believe freedom was possible for her.

After finding the CBQ Program, she decided to join. As she went through the program, Anna’s mindset started to shift. She started to see that smoking is the problem and not the solution. After finishing the program, she was finally free!

Here’s Anna’s advice: You deserve to invest in yourself

“Over 4 Years Vape-FREE – A Pure Miracle

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one feel like it’s pouring straight from my heart.

The CBQ Method by Nasia Davos is nothing short of a miracle for me. I didn’t even finish the full programme – yet, somehow, halfway through, I quit very heavy vaping. This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Alia Al Kurdi from Milan, Italy, celebrated 2 years smoke-free!

After smoking for 27 years, Alia had tried everything to quit: from meds to hypnotherapy and cold turkey. Each time that she tried to quit, she would quit for a while, but life challenges would eventually lead her back to smoking.

Still, she was determined to be free, so she kept on searching for ways to quit.

While searching for a new approach, she came across the CBQ Method. She joined the program, completed it, and finally broke free!
