Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Lee Tagg from Maryland, US, celebrated 2 years smoke-free!

Lee smoked for 65 years and tried to quit many times throughout the years. But after joining the CBQ Program and fully committing to the process, he was surprised to find quitting easy! As Lee shared, “Just stick with the program!!”

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Lisa Cunningham from British Columbia, Canada, celebrated 4 years smoke-free. After tons of research, Lisa joined the CBQ Program with the desire to cut down on her smoking, and hopefully… quit. She wasn’t sure if she could stop smoking completely. All she knew was that she would do her best.

On Day 11 of the program, Lisa smoked her last cigarette, and the rest is history. “Smoked my last cigarette at 9:30 p.m. May 17 crushed it, did everything according to plan. This really is an amazing program.”

Inspiring Milestone

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Christian Phillip Bakke from Nevada, US, celebrates 6 months smoke-free!

Christian smoked for 46 years, and quitting smoking seemed out of reach in the past.

He first discovered the CBQ Program in 2023 while searching online for ways to quit. During that time, he would watch the free videos, listen to the success stories, and try to cut down a few times. But whenever he was stressed, he’d buy another pack. This kept happening until he decided to commit and joined the CBQ Program on November 10, 2025. He completed every lesson, did every exercise, and by November 20, 2025, he quit smoking!

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Carla Collard from Alberta, Canada, celebrated 3 years smoke-free!

For years, Carla couldn’t imagine enjoying life without cigarettes. She wondered how non-smokers could have any fun without smoking.

But after joining and completing the CBQ program, her mindset towards smoking completely changed. As she shared, “Now I look at smokers and think if you only knew how much fun you can have without that cigarette. I now see the addiction for what it is. I have so much more energy, I’m not coughing, my ulcer pain is gone and I just feel less distracted overall.”

Inspiring Advice

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Michelle Richard from New Hampshire, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free!

For Michelle, smoking had been part of her routine, and without it, she felt unsure of herself. But that changed after she found the CBQ Program. After joining and working through the program, she quit on day 5. As she shared, “I quit on day 5 because I felt ready at that time. It’s definitely a lot easier to quit with this program.”

Her advice: Empower yourself.

“Positive affirmations. Saying to myself, “I can quit” “I am capable” a few times a day helps me. I do it for everything, not just quitting smoking. What we believe becomes reality.”

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Lindsey Hoffman from Arizona, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free!

After 14 years sober from alcohol, Lindsey wanted to be even healthier and tried to quit smoking. But the AA approached she used to quit alcohol did not work for her smoking habit.

As she searched for different ways to quit, she discovered the CBQ Program. She read reviews, joined the program, completed every step, and quit! As she shared, “I couldn’t have done it without this program. It is rather genius.”

Inspiring Success

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Cathi Jackson from Virginia, US, celebrated 4 years smoke-free!

After smoking for 45 years, Cathi had tried almost everything to quit, including hypnosis, but nothing worked. When she joined the CBQ program, it took her 3 starts before she committed to completing the program. But when she committed to every exercise, it all clicked for her. She quit on day 10 of the program.

4 years later, Cathi is still a happy non-smoker!

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Anna Krzton from Nordjylland, Denmark, celebrated 6 years smoke-free! As Anna told me herself during her Ask An Ex interview, she smoked for more than 10 years, 10 cigarettes a day. And even though she hated smoking and wanted to quit, she couldn’t stop.

After trying various approaches to quit smoking, she was convinced that changing her mindset was the only thing that would help her quit. Not long after, she came across the CBQ Program. After watching the videos online, she decided to give it a try and joined the program. She committed, did all the exercises, and quit on day 7! 3 days earlier than her planned quit date because, as she said, “I just want to quit. I want to be an ex-smoker.”

And 6 years later, Anna is still a happy non-smoker!

Inspiring Success: Smoke-Free After 56 Years

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Mary Anne DiNublia from California, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free. Mary Anne broke a 56-year addiction! After nearly 6 decades of smoking and multiple failed attempts, she never imagined this program would work. But she wanted to try, did every step, and she quit smoking for good.

Since her quit, she continued transforming her overall lifestyle through the CBQ Food Freedom Program and the Wellness Masterclass. She has lost 38 pounds without dieting, and describes herself as a completely new person. She’s more confident, grounded, and sure of herself.
