Happy “Spotlight Day” and Happy Holidays! Christmas and 2025 are just around the corner!
Today, I’m excited to share with you this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community!
Inspiring Success
CBQ Program member Kay from Massachusetts, US, celebrated a huge milestone this week!
For decades, Kay made “Quit Smoking” her top New Year’s Resolution. But every year, she found herself falling back into old habits—a cycle that left her feeling defeated and disheartened.
As an advanced practice nurse, Kay knew the toll smoking was taking on her health, but nothing seemed to work. Then she discovered the CBQ Program. Intrigued by its unique approach, she took a leap of faith, joined the program, and fully committed to the process.
The result? Life-changing.
Within just one year, Kay’s body had already begun to heal from 37 years of smoking.
Years later, Kay is STILL thrilled about her success. This is what she shared this week:
So inspiring, right?

Tip of the Week
This week’s tip comes from CBQ Program member Jodi Woods from Wisconsin, US. Jodi was a smoker for 47 years, and had 14 failed attempts before succeeding with the CBQ Program on February 11, 2020.
Over the last 4 years, Jodi has been sharing remarkable advice with the CBQ Program community and has helped hundreds, if not thousands, of CBQ Program members.
Her tip: Start with an intention
“The first step to getting what we want for ourselves (our goal) is to set the intention. It drives both our direction and our accountability. If this is your intention then you can certainly make this happen for good this time.
You did it before; you discovered something important you still needed to learn/prepare for and now you’re going to continue on with more experience.
We’re always here for you!”
As always, I want to say a huge thank you to our amazing CBQ Program members who have given me permission to share their stories!
