Today, I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community.

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Irene Alldred from Ontario, Canada, celebrated 6 years smoke-free!
Irene was a smoker for 52 years and had given up hope that she could ever be free.
But after completing the CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program, this is what happened:
“After smoking for 52 years I signed up for Nasia’s program and on the 10th day at 11pm I smoked my last smoke. What a change to be smoke free. I feel so much better and not having to worry about where I am going to have a smoke and the big thing now that I am retired is the cost.
Thank you again for your program and all your help and support. I recommend your program to everyone.”
And this was her advice (shared from her husband’s profile):
“Time flies by. Stop while you can.”

6 years later, Irene is still a happy non-smoker! This is what she shared earlier this week:

Inspiring Success
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Muhammad Tarique from Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, celebrated 2 years smoke-free!
Muhammad smoked 30–40 cigarettes a day for 20 years. He made many attempts to quit in the past, but like so many smokers, he kept falling into the “just one” trap. One cigarette would lead to another, and before long, he would find himself smoking again. As he shared: “My thinking was that if I stopped smoking for four months, I could have just one cigarette and then stop again. But it never worked. You can’t stop and start like an engine.”
While searching for a different approach to quitting, Muhammad came across a YouTube video about the CBQ Masterclass and decided to attend. What he learned resonated with him, so he joined the CBQ Program, committed to the process, and quit smoking.
This is what Muhammad shared about his journey: “I was a very heavy smoker last 20 years but stopped on 11th June 2024. Soooooo happy that I have done a very very good job. Last time I tried to quit I joined one party and relapsed once again. But after CBQ method I joined same party but relaxed and didn’t even come in my mind for smoking. It works guys, please go with Nasia’s CBQ Method.”
2 years later, Muhammad is still a happy non-smoker! This is what he shared recently:

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Mona Lukes from Minnesota, US, celebrated 5 years smoke-free! Mona quit smoking on June 11, 2021, through the CBQ Program. And since completing the program, she has never looked back.
This is what Mona shared about her journey: “I followed your program and told myself that I wasn’t going to buy any more cigarettes. And it wasn’t that hard with your program. Never thought I could quit.”
5 years later, she is still a happy non-smoker. This is Mona with her CBQ Success Certificate:

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Robin Redmond from Massachusetts, US, celebrated 9 years smoke-free!
Robin smoked a pack a day for 45 years. 10 years ago, she developed early-onset COPD. That’s when she knew she had to stop smoking.
Robin tried several methods to quit, including nicotine patches, but nothing worked long-term. After discovering the CBQ Program, she joined, completed all 12 days of the program, and quit smoking 9 years ago! She’s still a happy non-smoker!

When Robin celebrated 4 years smoke-free, she shared her story in our Ask An Ex interview. In this conversation, she’s sharing how she quit, how her life and health improved, and why she’s grateful she no longer has to plan her life or budget around cigarettes.
