Happy “Spotlight Wednesday”!
Today, I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community.
Let’s dive in!
Inspiring Milestone
Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Rhonda O’Brien from Arkansas, US, celebrates 4 years smoke-free! Rhonda struggled to quit smoking for years, so when she came across the CBQ Program, she decided to give it a try. She said the program was different because “It requires some real personal work but helps you make permanent changes in your thinking.”
On day 10 of the program, Rhonda smoked her last cigarette. Within her first 2 smoke-free years, she saved over $4400!

4 years after her quit date, Rhonda is still a happy non-smoker!
But her health journey went beyond quitting smoking. Rhonda also joined the CBQ Food Freedom Program and, in her own words, she didn’t just lose weight; she “found healing through this program”.

Inspiring Mindset
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Becky Block from Australia celebrated 4 years smoke-free! Becky was a light smoker, smoking 12-13 cigarettes a day. Due to battling anxiety and depression, Becky worried if she’d be able to cope without cigarettes. But after joining the CBQ Program, she realized why she could.
In her own words: “I have the “A and D” combo myself, Highly recommend CBQ program. My confidence built higher and higher all the way through, until I simply “couldn’t see myself smoking any more ciggies”. I literally couldn’t picture myself smoking. I just knew I was going to WIN, and SO WILL YOU….Tell the world that it needs to prepare itself for the new, more powerful version of you. Sharing my replacement activities with the community: (1) “nadi shodhana pranayama” aka Alternate Nostril Breathing; or (2) do a Plank!”
4 years later, Becky is still a happy non-smoker! This is Becky with her CBQ Success Certificate:

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Alina Chimet from Ontario, Canada, celebrated 1 year smoke-free! Alina had tried to quit twice in the past, but both times, social smoking pulled her back in.
When Alina found the CBQ Program, she decided to give quitting another chance and joined the program. She committed to the process with an open mind and was surprised by how easy quitting felt. As she shared, ”Quitting was easier than I thought.”
This is what she shared a few days ago about her 1-year milestone:
“I am still in awe of how EASY this was and how the cigarette and smoking is just a passing thought sometimes of something that happened in the past. This is nothing short of amazing! Thank you again for a well-thought and solid program!”

Alina’s transformation didn’t stop there. After quitting smoking, she also joined the CBQ Food Freedom Program to continue her journey toward a healthier, happier life.

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Joanie Gallagher from Nevada, US, celebrated 6 months smoke-free! Joanie found the CBQ Program through a Google search and decided to join. She followed the steps in the program, and after completing it, she quit!

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Melanie Gustafson from Manitoba, Canada, celebrated 1 year smoke-free!
Melanie smoked for 35 years, and for most of that time, she felt that the smoking habit didn’t match the life she wanted to live. Although she wanted to quit, she didn’t fully commit to it until she needed surgery. While searching for ways to quit, she found the CBQ Program and joined. She followed every exercise in the program, completed it, and quit!
This is what Melanie shared about her journey:
“I was a smoker for over 35 years. But I was a true closet smoker – it didn’t fit with how I saw myself or how I wanted people to perceive me. Don’t get me wrong, my family was aware, but I played my habit down. However, over the past 5 years or so my smoking was getting out of hand – I was smoking a pack a day on bad days. I honestly knew I needed to quit, but only finally committed to it because I needed to have complicated cervical spine surgery. This was my first quit attempt and my family just rolled their eyes and scoffed. Well so far so good – almost 9 months smoke free. Not too difficult so far. Some days more so than others, but I am staying focused and am very thankful for the program. I was more than dubious at the start, but it works!”

1 year later, Melanie is still a happy non-smoker!
Inspiring Freedom
This week, we’re celebrating CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Diana Skill from Missouri, US, who has been smoke-free for 7 years! Diana was a smoker for 40 years. She was smoking 5-7 cigarettes a day, and each of those cigarettes felt precious and impossible to let go of.
After finding the CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program and seeing all the success stories, her first thought was, “This is so good that I’m not sure if it’s real. I’m skeptical.” Because nothing else had worked for her. But then she asked herself, “What do I have to lose?” She decided to take the leap and complete the program.
The result?
“Liberation”
This is what Diana shared about her experience:
“I tend to be somewhat jaded and skeptical–if not suspicious–about impressive claims made by those selling something. Part of me wants to write a book about my experience with CBQ and Davos, but I won’t. I smoked for years. I came across the program when surfing the net one night and had major doubts but sat in on their webinar. They said if you did the work in the program and could show you did the work, if it didn’t work, they would refund your money. I did the program and it helped me to see the bullshit my mind made me believe for so many years. It wasn’t a sacrifice; it wasn’t painful. It was liberation. It’s been six years and I am so grateful on so many levels. The program does work. I think I’d go so far to tell you that it’s ok to get your hopes up about this. It’s a worthy investment.”

7 years later, Diana is still a happy non-smoker. This is what she shared recently:

I hope today’s spotlights inspired you and showed you that you can also break free! A big thank you to our members who gave me permission to share their stories with you.
