Nasia Davos (MBPsS, IPPA, BSc, MA) is an author, TEDx speaker, Licensed Master NLP Practitioner with a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Psychoanalysis. Your method helped me tremendously. I tried EVERYTHING but the CBQ Method made sense and turned a switch in my brain. I tried everything - Smoke Enders, patches, gum, been hypnotized twice by top people in NYC and nothing worked till this program! 40 year smoker. Once the nicotine leaves your body the rest is a mind game. Retrain your brain. Watch the videos! I tried to quit 10 times over 27 years and I’m smoke free almost two years thanks to the program and this group. You can do it!
I’m a breast cancer survivor too. They found a nodule (not cancerous so far) on my lung a few years ago and since I quit smoking 2.3 years ago it’s shrunk!
