In his own words, “Another long time heavy smoker who thought he’d never quit. Thank you CBQ for showing me how!
I’m happy to report that I’m smoke free thanks to the CBQ program! I’m delighted to share my success with everyone on your webpage. The program taught me how to use mindpower to achieve my goal and I felt the program was very well thought out and easy to follow.”

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Teri Edge from West Virginia, US, celebrated 5 years smoke-free. Teri smoked for 44 years and made many quit attempts. She shared with me during her Ask An Ex interview, that she tried hypnosis (both in individual and group settings), quit smoking apps, the American Heart Association, medication and more!
As a retired psychiatric nurse, Teri knew how smoking affected her body and her mind, but her knowledge didn’t make it any easier to stop.
After coming across the CBQ Program online, she knew it was something different and wanted to give it a shot. Despite feeling afraid and doubtful, she followed the program to the letter, and the rest is history. Not only she succeeded, she also found quitting smoking EASY!
5 years later, Teri is still a happy non-smoker!
“Thank You for helping me and so many other people to stop smoking and overeating without using willpower with the two brilliant programs you created that actually are lifesaving!!!”

Since quitting smoking, Teri focused on healing her relationship with food and has continued improving her health and well-being through the CBQ Food Freedom Program.
You watch Teri sharing her story of share how she lost 19 pounds without willpower or dieting and achieved Food Freedom. To this day, Teri has released in in total 30 pounds without dieting, her BMI is now within a normal range and that the changes she has made have drastically improved her life.
Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Saad Aziz from Punjab, Pakistan, celebrated 2 years smoke-free!
Before learning about the CBQ Method, Saad had tried to quit smoking for more than 5 years using different methods, including nicotine replacement therapy. But when those quit attempts didn’t last, he started to lose confidence that he could be free.
While still looking for a way to stop smoking, Saad came across one of my videos about the CBQ Method and decided to join the program.
Once he started the program, Saad took the time he needed. He watched the videos at his own pace, sometimes spending several days on a single lesson. By the time Saad completed the program, he felt ready to quit, and he did!
2 years later, Saad is still a happy non-smoker. In his recent update, he shared that his quality of life, confidence, self-esteem, and overall health have improved.

Kelly had plenty of reasons to quit smoking, but her biggest motivation was her kids. She also wanted to wake up feeling better, exercise, and feel good about herself again.
When Kelly found the CBQ Program, she was ready to break free from smoking for good. She followed the process, smoked her last cigarette, and quit for good!
4 years later, Kelly is still a happy non-smoker and enjoying her freedom.

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Arthur Campbell from Louisiana, US, celebrated 5 years smoke-free!
Arthur started smoking when he was a teenager. Over the years, he tried many different ways to quit. He would stop for a while, but certain moments in life would pull him back to cigarettes. And as an over-the-road trucker, being away from his family for long periods of time as well as boredom were his biggest triggers.
During a visit to the doctor, Arthur was told, “All truck drivers are in bad health.” But Arthur refused to believe that had to be true. He wanted to take better care of his health, so he kept looking for a way to quit and eventually found the CBQ Program.
Arthur joined the program and committed to the exercises, working through each one as he prepared for his quit. By the end of the program, he was ready to quit, and he did!
Months into his smoke-free life, some of the triggers that had once pulled him back to smoking came up again. This time, Arthur was prepared and knew how to cope in healthy ways.
5 years after his quit date, Arthur is still a happy non-smoker!
This is Arthur with his CBQ Freedom Certificate. He hopes his story inspires other truck drivers to believe they can quit smoking, too:
