Let’s dive in!

Inspiring Story

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Angela Eng from Colorado, US, celebrated 2 years smoke-free! Angela was a sworn smoker for over 46 years. After trying everything to quit, from Chantix to hypnosis, she started believing nothing could ever work for her.

Then one day, she read a CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program success story and decided to give quitting one last try. After joining the program, she followed every daily step… and within two weeks, she had reprogrammed her mind and no longer wanted to smoke!

2 years later, Angela is still a happy non-smoker!

This is what she shared about her journey:

Inspiring Milestone

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Caroline Kipp from Germany celebrates 6 years smoke-free! At first, Caroline was hesitant to join the CBQ Program, but she knew she had to give herself a fair chance at success.

The result?

Her investment paid off in time, money, and above all… freedom.
“I was a bit hesitant to buy the program. To be honest I had just moved continents, no job and at the beginning of Covid. So money was tight.
But I knew I had to take a chance. I had watched Nasia Davos videos and loved what she was offering for free.” …
“What I loved about the program is that you’re not told to quit smoking on day one, you don’t use willpower, something I had used before and fell back into the trap. This is the longest I have been a non-smoker and cheers to many many many more years. I watched the videos and did the assignments and exercises. I am soooo happy now. I can breathe, I love the way my clothes smell, I workout without losing breath. I am happy!! Best decision I ever made was to take a chance.”

Inspiring Advice

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Mark Bitting from Arizona, US, celebrated 6 months smoke-free!

After smoking for 56 years, Mark knew it was time to quit. When he joined the CBQ Program, he took his time with each lesson, and focused on changing the way he thought about smoking. By the end of the program, he quit!

This is his advice to anyone going through the program: “Don’t rush it. If you think you need an extra day on a lesson, take it. Just do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

6 months later, Mark is still a happy non-smoker. This is Mark with his CBQ Success Certificate:

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Maryrose Schmitt from Louisiana, US, celebrated 4 years smoke-free! When Maryrose joined the CBQ Program, she committed to the process, followed each step, and quit smoking.

During her first smoke-free year, she lost her longtime dog, and her best friend moved away. But even through those painful changes, Maryrose never picked up another cigarette because she knew smoking would not change what she was going through.

For Maryrose, quitting became more than letting go of cigarettes. It became a way of choosing herself and her health every day. As she shared, “Every day I don’t smoke is another day of becoming the healthiest I’ve ever been.”

4 years later, she’s still a happy non-smoker. This is what Maryrose shared recently:

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Teresa Trousdale from New Mexico, US, celebrates 2 years smoke-free!

Teresa smoked for 45 years and had tried many different ways to quit, but she never found an approach that truly clicked for her. When she was ready to try again, she chose July 15 as her quit date. Not long after, she came across the CBQ Method on YouTube. As Teresa shared, “As soon as I listened to Nasia speak about this program I knew I had the help I needed.” So she decided to join the CBQ Program.

Once she joined, Teresa prepared with care. She filled a journal with notes, replayed the videos, and made sure the lessons really sank in.

When July 15 arrived, Teresa had not finished every lesson yet, but she felt ready to quit. And she did! She quit smoking on her planned quit date and completed the rest of the program as a non-smoker.

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Heidi Anne Miceli from Ontario, Canada celebrated 4 years smoke-free!

After joining the CBQ Program, Heidi committed to the daily lessons and exercises and experienced what she described as “so many aha moments.” By the end of the program, she had quit smoking!

For Heidi, the biggest reward has been the freedom she gained. As she shared, “I didn’t realize how much I allowed smoking to control my life. I also am so happy with how relaxed I am. I have dealt with depression and anxiety my whole life and I have never felt this good.”

4 years later, Heidi is still a happy non-smoker.

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Simon Lillebrohus from Odense, Denmark celebrated 6 years smoke-free!

Before joining the CBQ Program, Simon had tried quitting smoking in the past, but nothing lasted. Wanting a different outcome, he joined the CBQ Program and worked through the lessons at his own pace, even repeating Day 3 and Day 5 before moving forward.

By Day 6, something had changed. As Simon shared, “Something shifted in me on Day 6, and on Day 7 I smoked my last cigarette. I didn’t know at the time that it would be my last and in my mind I had my “last smoke ritual” planned for Day 10. But I just didn’t want to put any more poison into my system anymore.”

Although Simon quit earlier than planned, he continued with the program as intended. He kept his remaining cigarettes until Day 10, but never felt the need to reach for them. When the final day arrived, he threw the pack away, knowing he had left smoking behind for good.

6 years later, Simon is still a happy non-smoker! This is Simon holding his CBQ Success Certificate:
