Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Samantha Fallows from England, UK, celebrated 4 years smoke-free! Sam smoked her first cigarette at 13 and continued smoking into her mid-50s.
Over the years, Sam tried patches, gum, Champix, and vapes, but nothing stuck. She wanted to quit and get rid of what she described as an “awful awful smelly expensive health hazard,” so she kept looking for a way to stop smoking. That’s when she found the CBQ Program.
After joining the program, Sam worked through the exercises and experiments. She began examining her beliefs and behaviors around smoking, and with each lesson, quitting started to feel achievable. As she shared, “what the programme gave me was structure and expectation within my own reality….I didn’t even realise how ready I was till I started to explore my own beliefs thinking and behaviour”
After completing the program, Sam quit!

Now, 4 years later, Sam is still a happy non-smoker. Here is what she shared:

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Merilee Emling from Ohio, US, celebrates 5 years smoke-free! Merilee smoked two packs a day for 45 years. When she started looking for a way to stop smoking, she found the CBQ Program and joined. She followed the process, completed the exercises, and by Day 10, she was happy to throw away her cigarettes.
Over the years, the money she stopped spending on cigarettes has paid for a small boat.

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Kevin Roark from Colorado, US, celebrated 1 year smoke-free!
Kevin attended the CBQ Masterclass and decided to join the CBQ program. What stood out to Kevin was that the program didn’t focus on willpower. Instead, it focused on changing the way he thought about smoking. As he later shared, the program felt like a “mini psychology class” that helped him see cigarettes differently. He completed the program and quit!
