Happy “Spotlight Day” and happy July! I think you’ll love this week’s most inspiring success stories (and tips) from the CBQ community.
Inspiring Milestone
Two days ago, CBQ Program member Merilee Emling from Ohio, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free! Merilee used to smoke a pack and a half a day for over 45 years. While searching online for ways to quit, she came across the CBQ Program, and after more in depth research she decided to join… and it was so worth it!
Merilee said “on the 10th day I was happy to throw my smokes out. Thank you! I Amazing results with your program.” Over 2 years after quitting smoking, she bought an RV with the money she saved!
3 years later, she said that investing in the CBQ program was the “best money ever spent”
This is Merilee with her CBQ Success Certificate:
Tip of the Week
This week’s tip comes from CBQ Program member Larry Johnson from Washington, US, who smoked for 50 years and quit in August 13, 2020…almost 4 years ago!
Larry shared with the CBQ Community that he’s never going back to smoking. And for the early days of your quit, Larry’s tip is simple: laugh at your cravings.
“Congratulations on making it this long. I knew it was my brain playing tricks on me when it happened to me. I actually laughed at the cravings. What was in the rear view mirror was going to stay there I was not going back. You can do it too.”
Inspiring Transformation
This week, CBQ Program member Mila Di Bella from Amsterdam, Netherlands celebrated 6 months smoke-free! Mila had tried to quit smoking many times. After attending the CBQ webinar, she realized what was missing from all her past attempts: preparation!
A brilliant insight!
After committing to the process of the CBQ Program, Mila was able to properly prepare for her smoke-free life. The result? She not only succeeded, she flourished!
43 days after her quit date, Mila felt empowered!
6 months later, Mila has NO thought or need around smoking. She is done!
As always, I want to say a big thank you to our amazing CBQ Program members who have given me permission to share their stories!
