These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property and Personal Use License

2.1 Ownership

All programs, courses, masterclasses, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, handouts, tools, frameworks, exercises, methodologies, text, graphics, and other materials provided through the Service (collectively, the “Program Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of CBQ Method Ltd. The Program Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The CBQ Method™, CBQ Institute™, and related names, logos, and trade dress are trademarks of CBQ Method Ltd.

2.2 Personal Use License Only

To protect the effectiveness and integrity of the Service, and unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement with CBQ Method Ltd (such as a Practitioner Licensing Agreement), all Program Materials are licensed to you for your own private, personal use as a consumer and not for any commercial or professional purpose.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program Materials solely for your personal goals and self-development. You acknowledge that completing a personal-use program does not convey any professional certification, title, or right to practice, teach, or facilitate the CBQ Method, its proprietary frameworks, protocols, or any related strategies on others.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, rent, lease, share, lend, or otherwise provide access to any Program or Program Materials (including your login credentials) to any other person or entity.
  • Reproduce, distribute, publish, or make the Program Materials available, in whole or in part, to the public or to any group, whether online or offline.
  • Use the Program Materials to create derivative works, programs, courses, trainings, books, workshops, coaching offerings, or any other product or service.
  • Input the Program Materials into any artificial intelligence (AI) system, Large Language Model (LLM), or machine learning tool for the purpose of generating summaries, derivative content, or automated coaching responses.
  • Present, teach, or deliver the Program Materials (or any modified form of them) in any professional, educational, or commercial setting.

Any use of the Programs or Program Materials outside of personal, individual use is strictly prohibited unless you have a separate written license or Certified Practitioner agreement with CBQ Method Ltd that expressly permits such use.

2.4 Enforcement

To protect the effectiveness and integrity of the Service, CBQ Method Ltd actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Program Materials may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and further legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

3. Use by Health, Wellness, and Helping Professionals

We welcome Health and Wellness Professionals who wish to join the Service for their personal use only. If you are joining to overcome your own personal challenges, you are fully authorized to do so. However, to protect the proprietary methodology of the CBQ Method, the following restrictions apply to prevent commercial misuse.

3.1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, “Health and Wellness Professionals” and “Helping Professionals” include, without limitation:

  • Doctors, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists;
  • Coaches, hypnotherapists, dietitians, nutritionists, personal trainers, addiction specialists, smoking cessation practitioners;
  • Human Resources (HR) specialists, Corporate Wellness directors, or managers;
  • Any individual or organization that provides health, wellness, therapeutic, behavioral, or habit-change services, whether for-profit or not-for-profit.

3.2 Restrictions on Professional Use

If you are a Health or Wellness Professional or Helping Professional, you agree to the following:

  • Personal Use Only: You may purchase and use the Programs and Program Materials only for your own personal goals and self-development, unless you have a separate written license or practitioner agreement with CBQ Method Ltd that expressly permits professional use.
  • No Client Use: You may not use the Programs or Program Materials, in whole or in part, with your clients, patients, employees, or groups, whether paid or unpaid, unless expressly authorized in a separate written agreement (such as a Practitioner License) by CBQ Method Ltd.
  • No Derivative Works: You may not present, teach, adapt, or incorporate the Programs or Program Materials into any professional service, program, course, workshop, book, marketing material, or other offering you provide to others.
  • No Reliance as Professional Training: You may not treat the Programs or Program Materials as professional training or qualification, or rely on them to provide professional services, unless they are expressly described as professional training and you have enrolled in those specific coaching certification or practitioner programs provided by CBQ Method Ltd.
  • No Representation of Authority: You may not represent to any person or entity that you are trained, certified, accredited, endorsed, or otherwise authorized by CBQ Method Ltd, the CBQ Method, or the CBQ Institute, unless you have a separate written agreement with CBQ Method Ltd (such as a Certified Practitioner License) that explicitly confers such status.
  • No IP Misappropriation: You agree not to represent concepts, structures, processes, or frameworks substantially derived from the Programs as your own original method in any commercial or non-commercial context.

3.3 No License Conferred

Purchasing or completing any consumer Program does not grant you any license, certification, qualification, or authorization to use the CBQ Method or CBQ Programs in your professional work or to hold yourself out as a CBQ practitioner.

Any certificate, badge, or award provided in connection with our Programs (regardless of its title, e.g., “Completion,” “Success,” or “Freedom”) is strictly for personal commemoration only and holds no professional or academic standing.

Exceptions: This clause does not apply to certificates issued specifically under our Certified Practitioner training tracks. Professional authorization is only granted if you have formally entered into a separate licensing agreement or practitioner training with CBQ Method Ltd.

3.4 Violation and Termination

CBQ Method Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including all Programs, Apps, and Digital Resources), without prior notice and without refund, where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, particularly in relation to unauthorized professional use, sharing, or misuse of the Program Materials. In such cases, CBQ Method Ltd reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal and equitable remedies, including claims for damages and injunctive relief to protect our intellectual property.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

4.1 Age Restriction

Our Programs and Services are designed and marketed for adults (18+). You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly enroll or serve individuals under 18.

4.2 Account Security

When you register or make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information for billing processing and administrative purposes.

Privacy Exception: We understand the sensitive nature of behavioral change. You are welcome to use a pseudonym or preferred name for your community profile or display name, provided it is not offensive, misleading, or intended to impersonate another person or entity.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Household Policy (Limited Exception)

We generally permit one account per person for strictly personal use. However, as a courtesy, we allow “Co-Viewing” within a single immediate household (for example, watching Program videos together with a spouse or partner living at the same address).

  • Clarification: This exception applies to viewing content together. It does not grant permission to share your login credentials with friends, colleagues, or individuals outside your immediate household, nor does it allow for professional group viewing.
  • Enforcement: Fraudulent use that breaches these terms (such as multiple IP address logins from different locations) may cause the account to be suspended. While we may attempt to contact you to verify activity, we reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately without notice if significant security breaches or IP theft is detected.

4.4 Usernames

You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others (including trademark rights).

5. Purchases, Installments and Subscriptions

5.1 General & Payment Security

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (a “Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including your name, contact details, billing address, and payment information.

A. Security of Financial Information We prioritize the security of your financial information. We do not have access to, view, or store your full credit card details.

  • Your payment data is encrypted and processed directly by secure, third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).
  • These processors adhere to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), the global security standard used by banks and major financial institutions.
  • We only receive transaction confirmation details (such as payment status, date, and product purchased) to fulfill your order.

B. Authorization & Accuracy When you make a Purchase, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use any payment method supplied in connection with any Purchase;
  • The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; and
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the total amount displayed at checkout.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) for the purpose of completing your Purchase.

C. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product or service availability, errors in description or price, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal transactions. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such refusal or cancelation, other than refunding amounts you have paid for orders we do not fulfill.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

5.2 Installment Plans (Payment Plans)

Certain Programs may be offered on a payment plan, where the price is spread across multiple scheduled payments. This is not a subscription, but a binding agreement to pay the full price of the Program in installments.

  • Obligation to Pay: By choosing a payment plan, you acknowledge that you are liable for the full purchase price of the Program. You agree to pay all installments in full and on time.
  • Grace Period & Communication: We understand that credit cards can expire or payments can fail technically. If an installment payment fails, we will attempt to re-process the transaction and contact you to resolve the issue. We prioritize communication over immediate termination.
  • Suspension for Non-Payment: If payment is not successfully resolved within seven (7) days of the due date, your access to the Program (and all related services) will be temporarily paused to prevent further arrears.
  • Abandonment: We act in good faith to help you resolve payment issues. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. However, if our efforts to communicate are not met with a response within twenty (20) days of the first missed payment, we reserve the right to suspend your access indefinitely until all outstanding payments are settled.
  • No Refunds on Default: If a payment plan is abandoned, you forfeit any right to a refund of installments already paid, except where required by law.

5.3 Recurring Memberships and Subscriptions

A. Scope

This section applies only to products explicitly labeled as “Memberships” or “Subscriptions” (such as the CBQ Wellness Masterclass Membership), which are recurring services billed on a periodic basis (typically monthly or annually).

Please Note: Installment Plans are different from Subscriptions.

This section does not apply to Installment Plans for our core Programs.

  • A Subscription (covered here) can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing.
  • An Installment Plan (governed by Section 5.2) is a binding agreement to pay the full fixed price of the Program over time. It is a commitment to the total amount, so it cannot be cancelled mid-way unless you were issued a refund as outlined in Section 6.

B. Billing & Auto-Renewal For recurring memberships, your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

C. Cancellation Policy

We want you to have flexibility. You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].

  • Stopping Future Charges: Once you cancel, your auto-renewal is turned off immediately, and no future charges will be applied.
  • Your Access Rights: You will retain full access to your membership content until the end of your current paid billing period. While we do not provide refunds for billing cycles that have already started, you will continue to receive the full value of the service until your period expires.

D. Failed Payments

We act in good faith to help you resolve payment issues. If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to re-process the transaction and contact you to fix the error. However, if payment is not successfully processed within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the membership. If your subscription is terminated, you will not be charged future payments, and refunds will not be provided for partial billing periods or past billing periods that have already begun, except where required by law.

6. Refunds

Our refund policies are designed to be clear and fair. We want you to feel safe investing in your transformation. Unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase, the following terms apply:

6.1 The CBQ Quit Smoking Program™ – 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (also referred to as The CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program™)

The CBQ Quit Smoking Program™ includes a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You Complete the Program but Do Not Quit: You complete the core curriculum lessons (verified automatically by our system) but do not successfully quit or you relapse. We accept your self-report regarding your results in good faith and will not question it.
  2. You Request Within the Guarantee Period: You submit your refund request via email within 60 days of your purchase date.

Please Note: This guarantee is designed to let you try the program risk-free. It covers the effectiveness of the program for you, and it does not cover “change of mind” or lack of use.

6.2 The CBQ Food Freedom Program™ – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The CBQ Food Freedom Program™ includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You Try the Program but It Is Not a Fit: You complete the first three modules and attend at least three live calls (where applicable), but decide the methodology is not right for you. We accept your decision regarding the fit in good faith and will not question it.
  2. You Request Within the Guarantee Period: You submit your refund request via email within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please Note: This guarantee is designed to let you test the program risk-free to ensure it is the right fit for you. It does not cover “lack of use” (purchasing but not starting the coursework).

6.3 Other Digital Products and Tools

For all other digital programs, masterclasses, or standalone tools, any applicable guarantee will be clearly stated on the billing page. If no refund policy is stated, the sale is final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law.

6.4 How to Request a Refund

Request Method: You can send your request to [email protected] before the guarantee window expires.

Eligibility Check: Where a refund is conditional on program usage (such as completing modules), we will verify your eligibility by checking your progress in the system (e.g., confirming you completed the required modules). Our system records serve as the definitive proof, so you don’t have to send us manual screenshots or other proof.

Payment Method: For security purposes, refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow standard bank processing time (typically 5–10 business days) for the funds to appear in your account.

6.5 Effect of Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Program Access: Please note that once a refund is processed, access to the Program, membership portals, private communities, and associated bonuses will be removed.

Refunds on Re-Purchases: To prevent system abuse, if you have previously received a refund for a specific Program, you are not eligible for a refund on any future purchase of that same Program.

Currency & Fees: Refunds are processed in the currency of the original sale. CBQ Method Ltd is not responsible for changes in currency exchange rates or third-party bank fees that may result in you receiving slightly less than you paid. These fees are subject to the terms of your bank or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution: We prioritize the direct and fair resolution of all billing inquiries. You agree to contact us to resolve any payment issue before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Raising a dispute without contacting us first (or after a refund was properly denied under these Terms) is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to submit these Terms and your login evidence to your bank to resolve the dispute.

6.6 Not a Performance Warranty

Our “Money-Back Guarantee” is a satisfaction guarantee based on effort. It is not a legal “Performance Warranty.” A refund does not imply a failure of the method or Service, but rather a lack of fit between the customer and the curriculum.

7. Disclaimer Of Warranties And Limitation of Liability

A. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The Service provides behavioral education, coaching, and habit-change training. We are not a medical facility. Our staff, coaches, and certified practitioners are not acting in the capacity of doctors, psychiatrists, or other medical professionals.

All content offered by the Service (including The CBQ Quit Smoking Program™ and The CBQ Food Freedom Program™) is designed to support healthy habit formation through cognitive-behavioral principles and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult with your physician or healthcare professional before making any significant lifestyle changes, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are taking prescription medication, to ensure these changes are safe for your specific situation. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to this health disclaimer.

B. Service Provided “As Is” and Personal Responsibility

The Service and all Programs and Program Materials are provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law, on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis for educational and self-development purposes. Your success depends entirely on your own engagement and application of the Program. Your participation is voluntary, and you agree that any action or inaction you take as a result of the information, content, or coaching provided through the Service is entirely your responsibility. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using the Service.

The terms “Nicotine Freedom,” “Food Freedom,” and “Freedom Conditioning” are trademarks and brand names used to describe CBQ Method Ltd’s proprietary curriculum and the aspirational goals of our community. These terms refer to the intended outcome of the method when fully applied; they do not constitute a medical, therapeutic, or legal guarantee.

C. Disclaimer of All Other Warranties

CBQ Method Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. While we have structured the Programs for success, we do not guarantee specific results.

D. Limitation of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances shall CBQ Method Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall CBQ Method Ltd’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to CBQ Method Ltd for the specific Program giving rise to the claim.

E. Force Majeure and General Exclusions

The Service will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, technical failures (such as internet or server outages), natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such events, we will do our best to get the Service back up and running as soon as reasonably possible.

F. Success Rates and Statistics Disclaimer

Any reference to success rates, outcomes, or effectiveness refers to internal outcomes data collected from Program completers. Unless otherwise stated, statistics represent a per-protocol analysis of participants who completed the full curriculum and responded to follow-up assessments. Individual results vary based on personal adherence, engagement, health status, and unique psychological factors. Past performance of the Programs and results achieved by other participants do not guarantee your future result.

G. Statutory Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. User Content and Testimonials

8.1 User Content

This section explains how we may use User Content for internal and operational purposes (for example, research, training, and improving our Programs), usually in anonymized or aggregated form.

The Service may allow users to post, upload, submit, send, or otherwise make available text, images, comments, messages, or other material (“User Content”), for example in community areas, comment sections, feedback forms, or email communications with us about the Programs.

You are solely responsible for any User Content that you provide through or in connection with the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or otherwise have the right to use such User Content and to grant the rights described in these Terms; and
  • The User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including privacy, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.

By providing or making available User Content to CBQ Method Ltd through or in connection with the Service (including by posting it, uploading it, sending it to us by email or form, or otherwise sharing it with us), you grant CBQ Method Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, store, and display that User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service, conducting research and analysis, and supporting CBQ Method Ltd’s operations.

While User Content may be linked to your account for administrative and support purposes, when this content is used for internal purposes (such as training, quality assurance, research, or product development), we ensure it is strictly anonymized or aggregated. All personal identifiers are removed so that individual results, outcome data, or feedback cannot be traced back to you.

Use of User Content as a public testimonial that identifies you is governed by Section 8.2 (Testimonials and Public Reviews).

8.2 Testimonials and Public Reviews

We use only genuine testimonials.

We will not use User Content as a testimonial in a way that identifies you (for example, including your name, photograph, or other recognizable details) in our marketing, Programs, or on our websites unless we:

  • Obtain your permission; or
  • Use content that you have already published as a review on a public platform (such as an independent review site) in line with that platform’s terms of use.

When you give us permission to use your testimonial, that permission applies on an ongoing basis unless and until you withdraw it. You may withdraw your permission for future use of your testimonial at any time by contacting us at the email address in Section 17. If you withdraw permission, we will:

  • Stop using your testimonial in new materials as soon as reasonably practicable; and
  • Remove your testimonial from our digital properties as soon as reasonably practicable.

Withdrawal of permission and subsequent removal from printed materials that have already been distributed may not be feasible, but we will not include your testimonial in new versions of those materials.

By giving us permission to use your testimonial, or by posting a public review that we later quote in accordance with this section, you:

  • Grant CBQ Method Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your testimonial for educational or promotional purposes; and
  • Acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any payment, fee, royalty, or other compensation from CBQ Method Ltd now or in the future in connection with our use of your testimonial, even if it is used for promotional purposes.

We maintain secure internal records of consent for identifiable testimonials so that their use can be reviewed, updated, or withdrawn if needed.

Case examples used in educational materials, research summaries, or internal training may be identifiable where permission has been granted. In other cases, case studies are anonymized and identifying details may be altered or combined from more than one case to protect individual privacy.

8.3 User Conduct & Community Standards

The CBQ Method and the Service maintains a professional educational environment. To maintain the integrity of our community and the safety of our team and members, you agree to the following standards.

A. Prohibited Behavior

You agree that you will not:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate our staff, coaches, or other members (whether in community spaces or via support channels).
  • Defame, make factually false, malicious, or libelous statements about the CBQ Method, the Institute, or its staff or members in any public forum.
  • Disturb, post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violates the legal rights of others.

B. Community Confidentiality

Where the Service includes access to private communities, group calls, tele-classes, emails, or chats, you agree to:

  • Participate in a respectful, non-abusive, non-discriminatory manner.
  • Respect the privacy of other participants and treat what they share as confidential, unless they have clearly given explicit written permission to you to share it outside the group;
  • Not copy, record, or publish other participants’ personal stories, messages, or identifiable details without their explicit consent;
  • Not use the community to solicit business, sell products or services, or recruit clients for your own professional or commercial activities.

C. Consequence of Breach

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, we reserve the right to remove User Content or restrict community participation where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of this section.

Furthermore, if you commit a serious breach of this Code of Conduct—for example, by abusing support staff, violating member confidentiality, or posting defamatory falsehoods—CBQ Method Ltd reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the Service without refund. We also reserve our legal rights to seek damages for significant reputational harm caused by proven defamation.

9. Intellectual Property of the Service

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CBQ Method Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and all other jurisdictions worldwide.

You are prohibited from modifying, copying, adapting, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting the Service or its content for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use, without the express prior written consent of CBQ Method Ltd.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CBQ Method Ltd.

We actively protect our intellectual property to safeguard the integrity of our proprietary methods, frameworks, and curriculum. This ensures that the high quality, efficacy, and trust associated with the CBQ Method are maintained for our global community.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CBQ Method Ltd. These links are provided solely for educational or informational purposes (e.g., citing a source in a blog post) and do not imply an endorsement or recommendation of the third party or their services.

CBQ Method Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that CBQ Method Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

11. Termination

To protect the integrity of the Service and people we serve and according to applicable laws, in the case of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability. Where appropriate and possible, we may suspend access temporarily while we investigate or attempt to resolve the situation with you. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If termination is due to your breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using the Service and/or contact us to request closure of your account.

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity obligations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CBQ Method Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and licensees, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), resulting from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service;
  • Your breach of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of any third party right, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy right.

13. Availability and Accuracy of Information

We are constantly updating and improving our Programs, Services, and content. The products or services available through the Service may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Program and Service access is provided for the duration stated at purchase.

Lifetime Access: When “Lifetime Access” is promised, it refers to the lifetime of a program or tool. In the event that a specific service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice before access is terminated. When a service, program or tool is upgraded, the Service will grant you access to the upgrade free of charge whenever possible.

We do not guarantee that all information on the Service, including prices, descriptions, images, specifications, and availability, is always accurate, complete, or current. Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and to change or update information without prior notice.

14. Governing Law and General Provisions

14.1 Governing Law and Dispute Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that the courts located in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in England and Wales.

14.2 General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CBQ Method Ltd regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. If a revision, in our discretion, is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or by posting a notice on the Service). Material changes will become effective no sooner than 30 days after we first notify you.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
