Meet Your Guide: Nasia Davos
Nasia Davos used to have a love-hate relationship with smoking. When she tried to quit, she used every method available, but nothing worked for her.
So she decided to use her background in psychology to find a way to quit. After researching and interviewing smokers and ex-smokers, she discovered what makes quitting easy or hard.
Ten years ago, she used this understanding to create the CBQ Method™, which helped her break free from smoking. She then began refining the method and teaching it to other smokers with great success.
Nasia (MBPsS, IPPA, BSc, MA) is an author, TEDx speaker, Licensed Master NLP Practitioner with a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Psychoanalysis. She is a Certified NLP Life Coach, Smoking Cessation Practitioner Certified by NSCST, graduate member of the British Psychological Society, member of the Red Cross, and the creator of the CBQ Method.
Every year the CBQ Method helps thousands of smokers become happy non-smokers.
