CBQ Spotlights

Celebrating YOU: This week’s spotlights [March 4, 2026]

Happy “Spotlight Wednesday” and happy March! I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and transformations from the CBQ community.

Inspiring Life Transformation

Today, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program John Rockwell from Florida, US, is celebrating 1 year smoke-free! John was a smoker for almost 50 years and now he’s a happy non-smoker.

But John’s transformation didn’t stop there! He joined the CBQ Food Freedom Program to change the unhealthy eating habits he’d been carrying for years. He was successful! John released 35 pounds, is off all his medications and has normal A1C.

Within one year, John completely transformed his health and life!

This is what John shared about his transformation:

The CBQ Food Freedom program will reopen in April. If you’re interested in learning more, you can join the waiting list here.

Inspiring Success

CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Ricardo Arriaga Rico from Texas, US, shared his success update!

Ricardo is two and a half years smoke-free. Since quitting smoking he also quit caffeine, alcohol, and lost 25 pounds! Incredible transformation!

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Program member Katia Massey from the UK celebrated 5 years vape-free! Katia used to smoke, and in an attempt to quit, she switched to vaping. As she told me herself during our interview, vaping was more addictive and became an inseparable part of her life for years. She couldn’t do anything or go anywhere without it. On top of that, she felt intense guilt and health anxiety because she vaped non-stop. Every attempt to quit made Katia feel deprived and turn to emotional eating, and she hated that.

Katia knew she had to try something different, and the CBQ Program was different. After completing the process, she stopped seeing vaping as something of value and broke the hand-mouth habit.

This is what Katia shared about her success:

5 years later, Katia is still a happy non-vaper and enjoys her life with her husband!

Inspiring Success

This CBQ Program member Lisa Kolden Schlichting from North Dakota, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free! 3 years ago, Lisa was terrified of quitting smoking. She said “My biggest fear was that I would change and become angry and resentful as I did during past cessation attempts.” A smoker of over 35 years, every time she tried to quit she felt deprived and unhappy. After researching online and attending a CBQ webinar, Lisa decided to join the CBQ Program, did every step and succeeded! This is the first time she feels good without cigarettes. In her own words, “This time was completely different because this program helped me be a happy non-smoker, not a deprived smoker. 🙂 Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

This is Lisa with her CBQ Success Certificate:

I hope today’s spotlights inspired you and showed you that you can also break free! A big thank you to our members who gave me permission to share their stories with you.
