Inspiring Success: 5 Years Vape-Free
This week CBQ Quit Smoking Program member Rohit Chawla from California, US, celebrated 5 years vape-free! Rohit was a smoker who switched to vaping as a healthier alternative. But after years of vaping, he got even more addicted and desperately wanted to break free. He tried to quit many times, but nothing changed his relationship and habit with his vape. He was worried he would be too stressed and too deprived without it. Until he joined the CBQ Program and quit!
In his first 4 years, Rohit saved a whopping 22 thousand dollars, 1 year of life, and countless moments of guilt and pain.

And to this day, he’s still happy and free! This is Rohit with his CBQ Success Certificate:

Inspiring Success: 4 Years Smoke-Free
This week, CBQ Quit Smoking Program member Karla Ureña from Jalisco, Mexico celebrated 4 years smoke-free!
Karla felt too attached to smoking and feared that she would fail, again, turn into someone she didn’t recognize, and spend every waking moment craving cigarettes.
But after attending a CBQ masterclass, she decided to join the CBQ program and try to quit one more time.
Despite feeling fearful and hopeful at the same time, Karla did all the steps, and smoked her last cigarette on day 10 of the program.
“I am so grateful for the CBQ program. It has helped me quit and understand so many things about my behavior, thoughts, emotions, and personality. I haven’t smoked nicotine since and will never do it again”
In her 3-year milestone, this is what Karla said about her experience:

This week CBQ Quit Smoking Program member Jack Pendell from Pennsylvania, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free.
A smoker for 46 years, Jack never believed he could actually quit. He felt too addicted. He enjoyed smoking. It was his companion.
But after attending a CBQ masterclass, he decided to join the CBQ program.
He didn’t even do the program perfectly, and still quit on day 10!
“I’m completely amazed that by simply doing all that I had time to do has caused a quit like I’ve never experienced before. If I had time and hands free ability to do all that Nasia gives us to do, it may have worked a little better for me, meaning that I may have forgotten that I ever even smoked at all. As a truck driver doing all of the exercises given is impossible, but I vowed to myself at the beginning that I would pay close attention to the videos and do as much as I can. In doing that I’ve found it more pleasurable and sustainable than any time I quit by “willpower” in the past.
What I’ve experienced is simply amazing. For those who think you can’t, this is a 58yo fella who smoked for 46 years. (Pack a day give or take) If this old truck driver can do it, ANYONE CAN!”
