Happy “Spotlight Wednesday”!

Today, I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community.

Inspiring Milestone

This week, CBQ Quit Smoking Program member Kathy Hilbert from Florida, USA, celebrated 3 years smoke-free. Kathy was a smoker for 40 years.

She said, “I’ve tried to quit for over 15 years with patches, gum, Chantix. I would quit with nicotine replacements and pills for a little while and go right back to it. This is the first time I’ve quite without any kind of nicotine replacement and I have to say that I’ve really had no physical cravings.

With the CBQ method I feel really confident that it will stick this time! I’ve been a happy nonsmoker and loving it! I feel great! I can breathe better and I have more energy! I have tried so many other ways to quit but the CBQ method has been the best! I never thought it would be possible to quit without some kind of crutch or nicotine replacement but I guess it wasn’t the nicotine at all. It was my mindset and so for me this program has been wonderful!

I still can’t believe how easy this has been for me.

Inspiring Milestone

CBQ Quit Smoking Program member Paddy Monaghan from Scotland, UK, celebrated 2 years smoke-free!

Paddy previously shared, “I used to go through a 50g pouch of rolling tobacco every week — around £30 a go — not just burning money but burning my health too.

But with the help of this group I made the change. I feel stronger, healthier, and more focused — not to mention the savings (aye, they’ve not gone unnoticed either If you’re thinking of quitting, I swear you can do it. Just don’t try to do it alone — get a quit buddy, someone to lean on when it gets tough.

Here’s to clean lungs, clear heads, and never smelling like an ashtray again.

Paddy Monaghan celebrates 18 months smoke-free

On his 2-year milestone, Paddy is still a happy non-smoker!

Inspiring Transformation

CBQ Program member Louise O’Reilly from Ireland celebrated 2 years smoke-free! Louise was a smoker for over 30 years, with 20 of those years actively trying to quit. She made quit attempts using the nicotine patch, vaping, and willpower but always felt deprived and eventually went back to smoking.

In her own words, “Every other quit I had I was just miserable, on reflection this was because I was using willpower but once Nasia and the team introduced me to Mindpower and all the other tools my confidence soared and our community kept me inspired and motivated to quit, more importantly to be happy with my decision to quit and I have never looked back, you all have me High on Life and I could not be more grateful to you all and for you all Thank you, thank you, thank you, I feel this program helped me to unleash my superpower as I have felt so happy and unstoppable since I became a proud and Happy non smoker”
