This is what Jodi shared about her success:

“Nasia I really must thank you for all of your inspiration and guidance that has made it possible for me to now help others. I’m still grateful every single day that smoking can no longer control me and my entire day.

It’s really true about quitting being as easy as changing our relationship with smoking.

I think about smoking every day, almost all day long and yet I have absolutely no desire to smoke and can’t imagine any scenario that would ever lead me back to smoking.

Going from feeling ‘hopeless’ in all my former unsuccessful quit attempts to ‘hopeful’ when I came across your program, to being able to be ‘helpful’ now to others is truly an incredible feeling.

It’s my pleasure to share my learnings and past experiences with this community and it’s possible because of your amazing program, your past experiences and dedication, from one smoker to non smoker at a time. You’re changing so many lives”

Tip Of The Week

This week’s tip comes from CBQ Quit Smoking Program member Shelton Mulkey from Louisiana, US. Shelton has been a happy non-smoker since December 3, 2024 after 40+years!

Shelton’s tip: You can succeed even if you’ve failed before.

“I was a 40+ year smoker be for I found the program. Just like you, I tried all of the replacement therapies. I don’t know if you watched Nasia’s webinar. She talks about mind power over will power. I was very pessimistic. I smoked through the whole program and a pack on my quit date. When you dive into the program you will hear about mind power more and more. I already see your mind power in your post. Specifically where you said that you dislike the taste and the ashtrays. That is it. Keep telling yourself that as you advance through the program. Make yourself believe it. That’s my off the wall advice. I’m on day 59 and still going strong. I’m free. I hope this helps.”

To your freedom,
