Happy “Spotlight Wednesday”!
Today, I’m excited to share with you some of this week’s most inspiring success stories and tips from the CBQ community.
Let’s dive in!
Inspiring Story
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Angela Pinder from England, UK, celebrated 4 years smoke-free!
Angela used to smoke 40 to 60 cigarettes a day for 25 years. Every quit attempt, and she’d made so many, ended in total deprivation and misery. After finding the CBQ Program, Angela felt hopeful it could work, so she joined. And even though she remained skeptical until the very end, she succeeded!
When Angela’s beloved mom fell ill and eventually passed away, Angela did not even consider smoking a cigarette. Instead, she felt proud that she was a non-smoker. This is what she shared with our Members’ Community about her experience:

4 years later, Angela is still a happy non-smoker!

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Stacy Johnson from Texas, US, celebrated 2 years smoke-free!
After smoking for 45 years and growing up with a family of smokers, Stacy didn’t believe quitting was something she could achieve. Determined to quit, she kept searching for a way to stop smoking and found the CBQ Program.
After joining, Stacy did the program with her sister Derene. They both took the time to learn and work through the program at their own pace. They took notes and made sure they absorbed each lesson along the way. After completing the program, they both quit!
“After 45+ years of smoking, we are both convinced that this is the right method for us and probably the only way that we would ever be successful in quitting”.
2 years later, Stacy and Derene are still happy non-smokers. This is Stacy with her CBQ Success Certificate:

Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Pam Williamson from Alberta, Canada, celebrated 3 years smoke-free!
Pam smoked for 50 years and had many quit-smoking attempts in the past. After attending the free CBQ quit smoking Masterclass, she decided to join the CBQ Program and give it her best. She worked through every lesson in the program and learned a lot about herself throughout the process. After completing the program, she quit!
After quitting, Pam shared, “I feel so good I am exercising more and I have been given a bicycle so I’m now riding almost every other day it is good to get my life back at 66!!!”

3 years later, Pam is still a happy non-smoker!

This week, CBQ Nicotine Freedom Program member Natalia Polyzou from Berlin, Germany, celebrated 5 years smoke-free!
When Natalia first joined the CBQ Program, she kept pausing and restarting. But with every restart, the program helped her rethink what smoking meant to her and what life could look like without it. Then one day, it all clicked! She set a quit date and has never looked back since!
This is what Natalia shared about her journey:

5 years later, Natalia is still a happy non-smoker!
